I will preface with that I had no issues with them until now. Before this, I would have given them 5 stars because they were pretty good. I had a question that took several emails to get answered about rent increase. I was told that something was sent in the mail, which it could have been but I did not get it, hints why I was asking. I get that rent increases happen and I get that sometimes mail gets lost or mixed up, that’s not my issue. My issue was the attitude I was met with for asking. He was extremely rude and he didn’t have time for my questions. I spoke with the owner after and she was nice but this guy was just really rude.

Horrible! Unprofessional & won't return phone calls. Your just past along the line & nothing ever comes of it. (35 days & no return calls.) General manager just as rude as her incompetent employees. Continue to take $ out of your account when authorized not to. DO NOT DO AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWAL. with this company. I've had other storage units different places & NEVER had a problem.

this place did not take care of their broken gate issue leaving it open to strangers which caused my unit that I've had over 5 years with no issues until last month to get broken into. the owners refused to help with any costs and failed to have any video surveillance by my unit. I'm very disappointed with this company

In my opinion they are practically fraudulent in their business practices! They milked me out of additional fees and costs because of their bigoted ‘managers’ not processing preapproved payments and when it was discovered they continued to add fees to my account, demanding payments but didn’t allow payments to be made on line or at the kiosks. I am afraid for my personal safety in dealing with them in person as they demanded after the month of fear and intimidation they have caused as bigoted racists! STAY AWAY FROM STAY LOCK!

I have only had my unit a month and I am just trying to pay my bill on time. The website states I already have an account but when I go to login it states I do not have an account. I have called more than once and gotten hung up on with no call back. I have emailed and even went to the kiosk which was also down. Can someone reach out to me please!!!
