I board at Peak and I absolutely love it! Penny and her barn manager take such great care of the horses. They both have so much horse knowledge. Mine is a hog so he's in hog heaven with all the hay he gets. They have a great indoor arena and a huge field to ride around outside. The herd is a smaller group so my horse, the low man, really likes not having a ton of horses to contend with. The stalls are big and well taken care of. They are picked cleaned multiple times a day. And I love that the horses are out all day until night, seven days. I tried really hard to find pasture boarding near me and I couldn't but this is the closest to it and my horse is so much happier for it. I know it won't be the case for all but the barn is right around the corner from my house so it's nice to run there quick if I need to. I highly recommend checking this place out. It's not a super socially active barn. I almost never see anyone there, but that's something I really love about it. Just me and my horse most days, and the super sweet barn cats.
