Would not recommend if you want your taxes to be correct. Nancy does not ask the right questions needed to complete the tax forms and her male assistant is no better in helping once an error on Nancy's part is detected. Can not call and get through to the office and they do not respond back after error was found. H and R Block will refuse to refund your money even when it is their fault. Also the 1 800 # does not work...will put you on hold or send your call to Canada. Will offer very little help and will not redirect to somebody who knows what they are doing. Very bad customer service! Would never recommend any of the H and R blocks

We usually use the same employee at H&R in Hebron Indiana. Her Name is Nancy . She is very thoughtful and helpful. She always makes sure we understand any information that we would need. I feel she takes her time to make sure our taxes are done correctly.
