Great customer service from Jo in the office. Very nice and welcoming. Repair was quick got me in and out once I was called. A little bit of a wait time but that’s everywhere you go now.

WARNING: Beware of Sketchy and Dishonest People
On the evening of June 20th, we went in for a simple tire patch on our trailer. The employees I dealt with were Joel, Dylan, and Tom. Initially, they claimed the nail was too thick to remove, but when I asked for a picture, it turned out to be a regular nail. Then they said the nail had broken and couldn't be taken out, but when confronted, they removed it. Next, they claimed there was another hole but couldn't show it to us. When we asked for our tire back, they returned a completely different recapped tire. Clearly, they intended to keep our almost brand-new tire. A tire patch typically takes 30 minutes to an hour at most, but they wasted four hours of my time and still did not repair it. I had no choice but to buy a new tire to get out of there. I will be escalating this issue to further. Dylan, the technician, was not only unprofessional and rude but also incompetent. These guys are running a dishonest operation by keeping good tires and selling them on the side.

This location does not communicate and are not familiar with how authorization for payments work, or when to do them. I came in for simple work to be done, mud flap, outer wheel seal. I checked in at 6 with no one in the bays and no one ahead of me. 8 o’clock I still hadn’t been called into a bay and trucks were going in ahead of me. I asked if they had gotten authorization from Maint. and clerk checked and said no. So I told him to call as I was standing there. He did, 3 minutes into conversation he had authorization numbers. They never called before that, and then they closed at 11pm. I took my business elsewhere due to their lack of respect for my time.

Wish I could give them zero stars. I’m so heated right now. April 15,2024 at 3:20pm I show up and go in to get a 30 minute inspection. Here is is almost 7:00pm and I’m still waiting. No, I’m flipping leaving and I nor anyone who works for my company will be back there. I sat and watched as other drivers would show up and then 20 minutes later get pulled into the garage. It’s a poor excuse for a company if you ask me. Good things there’s tons of other places to get my inspections because this company just lost my money and any future business. Get it together already!!

I checked in at 8:12 AM and they didn’t get me in until 6:28 pm they skip me 3 times just for an oil change luckily I didn’t had any load that day or other wise I would’ve been screwed, very inconvenient.
