Removing a few stars, windshield was poorly washed, still bugs and stuff on it. A few other areas missed. Paid $240 for a total wash.

I have reviewed this place before but I'm going to do it again. In a world where mediocrity is the new norm these guys have done a fantastic job every time I've been there! I travel between El Paso and Louisville each week and I've tried lots of places this is the best!

First time here at this blue Beacon truck wash got my Peterbilt washed for the first time since I’ve had this truck I must say the staff is very friendly very attentive. They have my Peterbilt looking brand new. They put a brand new smile on my face so from the Yancey Houston scorebook I scored this blue Beacon above and beyond great job staff I will permanently put you on the map, in fact, this is where I get my truck washed from now on when possible.

Gotta the worst beacon out of all of em...staff unmotivated, walking around like they have all day to wash a truck...wanted to get truck and trailer washed but my God took them so long with truck in front of me I just got truck done and got the hell on...slow slow slow slow

Truck looked great. Was in and out. Inside trailer was some debris. Maybe because it was so hot. My fault. I didn't check when he asked either. Usually I do cool it and do check it. Was it a test me day? I don't know but a guy was totaled at loves parking in the corner. Monster truck style. I wouldn't park there. Those guys really felt tested.

Edit: the management sent us a coupon for a free wash after my review and we’ve been back twice. They did a much better job.
This was the worst wash we’ve ever had at a Blue Beacon. We even pointed out that you could still see a square i had wiped clean. They cleaned that part but nothing else. What a waste. If we had more time, I’d go back through. But I don’t think we will be back to this location!
