The shop in Hartford city don’t work on motorcycles which is sad cause there is no one in the area just don’t get ur hopes up before talking to them I feel they should include this on there sight to save everyone time

Cycle Solutions has awesome people and awesome products. See my D&D Boarzilla? How about that 62MM TB? Cycle Solutions has these big Honken Throttle Bodies built by HPI! They are 62MM all the way around and all hogged out so your baby can breathe fire! Could I of just got my TB from HPI? Or the D&D from D&D? Yes, but when I purchased these amazing power adders to my build by purchasing through Cycle Solutions. I actually supported 3 USA companies. A 360 win for sure!! Great service great products great peoples.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY-you have been warned. There were several companies with the part I wanted in stock, I was looking for one that would ship the same day., and hopefully from a location that was closer to me. They told me it would ship the same day, and from NC, which is close. I was told he would email me the tracking number a little later that day, once the order was packed and the label created. The next day, after having not received the email, with the tracking number, I called, assuming it had shipped, they just had forgotten to send the. What I found is that I had no right to expect them to do what they said they would do, and so I asked to speak to the manager who was just as belligerent. They can say whatever they need to say to get your money, and once they have it, they are no longer obligated to do what they said they would. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY EXPECT YOU TO BE GRATEFUL THAT THEY HAVE ALLOWED YOU TO BE THEIR CUSTOMER.

Contacted them online about part availability and Jake got back with me that parts were available so I ordered them. Same day I had a tracking number and 3 days later my parts arrived as described. Awesome service and fast shipping.

Customer service went down. Get you in and throw you out the door. They can't take the time to show you about the product they put on. Spent $2600. Real shame!!!!! One of there mechanic That work on my bike came to me and asked me if I was going to give him a tip for working on my bike!!!

Chris and the crew have done a few things to my bike and always turns out fantastic. Preparing for another addition and will definitely be going to them....If you have questions they are willing to help you especially kim. Very helpful and friendly. Take your bike to people that care and know them inside and out...you wont regret it.

They know what they are doing. They've been around quite a while unlike most performance shops that come and go every few years. They also sell only good stuff, not like other shops that will sell you anything just to make money off of you. Oh, and they are great guys that will tell you what and why they do what they do!!Services: Oil change

Customer service is lacking! I Placed an order on New Years Eve and did not receive an acknowledgement about shipping. Seven days later, I began calling to check on the order status. It was difficult to contact a person. I ended up calling seven times before I spoke with a human. Before this, I left two messages for Jake, who failed to return my call. When I spoke to him on the phone, he suggested I call the number back and press another extension since he didn't process the order on New Year's Eve since he was out that day. I ended up cancelling the order.I do not recommend this company. It's a shame; it seems like their knowledge and product base is great.

Talk to a chris on the phone for about 30 minutes. Very helpful and full of information to help. Keep in mind I have not spent a dime at his business and he took the time to help me. I will definitely be using Cycle Solutions in the future. Thanks Cris for the chat.
