“Cheers to Barkers Automotive in New Haven, IN. Confident I had great stroke yesterday after leaving regatta. Stopped twice to get icee type drinks, I still never cooled down. A/C in vehicle couldn't keep up with 90 degrees. This afternoon back up to 90 degrees, A/C blowing warm, I was melting. Called this wonderful shop. They got me in, almost no refrigerant in the system. Getting recharged. Hopefully it lasts! Should get me home anyway. ?”

My car has a weird window issue in which Todd took time out of his morning to look at it. He was so friendly and very knowledgable. I will continue to go here for car problems if they can service the repairs, and will recommend them to future people.”

“These guys are good people. I was in an accident where someone ran a red light and hit me. It took about a month to resolve. Yoders lent me a loaner for the entire time. My car ended up being a total loss. So they basically only collected money for storing the car. Which the insurance company took long before I got the settlement check and they let me continue using the loaner until I could get a new vehicle. I'm a single mom, we only had the one vehicle. I was so scared I would loose my job if I couldn't get back and forth. These guys helped us so much.”

“oh my gosh. they texted me when they were done with my vehicle's inspection, and they sent me a link to a whole report they'd made that i could view online. the report clearly indicated if each component was ok or needed maintenance, and they even attached pictures of each part of my vehicle to the report so i could see the visuals for myself! whaaaaaaatt?!?! like, have you ever heard of an auto repair place doing things like this? no. this is EXCEPTIONALLY customer friendly and amazing customer service! 500 stars! wow! i'm so impressed!! thank you for really considering your customers' experience, jim's auto care!! wow, wow!”

“Got a brand new 2024 Escape on 6/21. The next day one of the windows failed to roll up. I brought it in on 6/24, they shuffled things around and got my car in and fixed in around an hour with no appointment. They went above and beyond to take care of my issue.”
“First time at this location, decided to try it based on the positive reviews. Very friendly staff, got right in and oil changed quickly. Usually change my own oil, but as I’m getting older it’s more of a hassle than it used to be. Will definitely come back.”
“It's hard for me to give a place five stars, but lash is certainly a place that they won't snow you over they won't try and fool you into spending $800 on parts and repair when really $150 would at least make sure everything's good. Their location is decent especially compared to some of their competitors in the general area especially if you count a lot of the places around Fort Wayne and on out. The staff is professional front desk is very friendly and they're more straight talkers than they are want to be salesman. It's not hard to find because it's literally right by the railroad tracks on Broadway in New Haven, and the parking is a lot more forgiving and a lot more accommodating than at a lot of the bigger or even some of the even smaller shops. I would certainly suggest to take your business there at least to go and give them a chance and really, you won't waste your time”

“I am always impressed with the customer service at Best One. My car needed brakes and struts. They couldn't get my car in that day but made me an appointment for the next day. I brought my car back the next day and it was repaired in a very timely manner. In addition, I needed a ride home and back to pick up my car. Best One provided that for me and the manager of the New Haven location gave me a ride on her own time to pick up my car.”
“My daughter went to Discount Tire to get a nail repaired in one of her tires, they informed her that they couldn't repair the tire and she needed four new ones, they tried to strong arm her. Well, needless to say I was angered.We then went to Belle tire across the street, we ordered a new set of michelins and saved over $500, they repaired the tire, and we're going back next week to get the new ones installed.Belle tire highly recommended!!! Their honest!”
