What a great company! Enterprise screwed us over and when I was in a bind ABC Auto Van and RV Rental saved us! Wonderful company and friendly staff!

Called and tried to reserve for Friday. Gave all information for a rental and because my insurance company didn't get back with them right away they gave my reservation to someone else. Having to disappoint my 6 kids that we are not going on vacation Friday and seeing their reactions were very hard on me this morning. You called me twice at 9 am this morning while I was working and by the time I called you back at 11 am you had booked it to someone else. To me that was very unprofessional. 2 hours or less even was all the time you would consider to give me? After I already gave you all my banking card information and all that. All you needed was the confirmation from my insurance. It could have been handled easily. Shows no honor to new customers. Ill walk before I ever consider your business ever again.

Never used a rental so I cannot comment on that. However, when my husband and I called to check availability and of course asked questions the older receptionist woman was none too thrilled and acted as though we were an imposition. Customer service alone turned us off from future rentals!

I HIGHLY recommend this place. Customer service was great all around the board. She even waited over because she knew we were coming from out of town. If it had not been for this company, me and my family would have been out of a vacation. I was so grateful I had 2 leave a gift. They were a blessing. Thank you guys for providing us w/ transportation last minute. I truly appreciate you!!!

On March 15th my wife called to RESERVE a van for 13 people to go to Indy Saturday the 30th, she gave her credit card for a deposit and was ask if she could pick it up early on Friday cause they would be busy. Well she called to confirm her pick up time Friday and they had no records and only a minivan available. ABC never took the deposit so obviously they wrote it down on scrap paper and forgot. After confronting them it is quite obvious they don't understand what position they put there customers in when they dropped the ball. This is the 2nd time we have had issues when renting from ABC. We wont be coming back. Maybe it might help there business to move staff around or replace them if they cant do there job. Also having some compassion would be nice.

Our first experience with ABC Van Rental was excellent. The Ford Transit van was clean and well-maintained. The store personnel were polite and helpful. Prices were reasonable and there were no upcharges or surprises. We will use their service again and have told our friends with large families and with vacation plans about ABC Van Rental.

Awesome company to work with. Have rented vans and RV's and every time, we get clean vehicles that run great. Check in and out is efficient and quick. Would definitely recommend using them for all rentals.

Had a wonderful experience with ABC car rental. They go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. Very kind and courteous and go out of there way to please there customers. Highly recommend to anyone who needs to rent a RV , Van or automobile.
