Absolutely the laziness staff I have ever witnessed in my life. Taking personal calls while trying to do the bare minimum. The GM talked to one guy for 30 minutes, exchanging numbers.Three trips to this store today because of the typical culture of this staff. They all switch back and forth between customers because they all share the same brain cell.I hope they all take the short bus to work.

Unprofessional, unclean, and unethical. My experience at the Xfinity store in Hammond, Indiana was nothing short of a nightmare. From rude staff to cleanliness concerns and even accusations of theft, it's clear this store falls short on every level. A visit here could leave you with more than just a higher bill. Avoid at all costs! This one employee named Daisy is very rude and doesn’t have respect it’s like I was scared to ask her for help! This is absolutely the worst Xfinity store. The employees are stealing from customers. Like what type of operation are they running, it is very dusty in there and the staff aren’t knowledgeable they will tell you anything! But for the most part they are a bunch of thieves stealing from hard worker customers! I’ll never go to this Xfinity store again. Deja claimed to be the store manager but she is very ghetto and unprofessional I thought she wanted to fight me. Someone needs to contact Indiana department of labor on them ! You’ll leave with bugs in your purse that’s how dirty that facility is. #indianadepartmentoflabor

Alexis was absolutely awesome. She the hardest time on the phone with customer service trying to port over my mothers phone number from T-Mobile. The rep on the phone was obnoxious and at a time would not let Alexis get a word in. When I tell you I wanted to yell at the phone for her… but yet she was patient and got everything together. We left the store all smiles!!! Alexis is the xfinity Goat at this location

I went tobreturn my xfinity internet box and was met with the laziest rude worker i have ever dealt with, as I walked in was never even aknowledged at least 6 employees were there and most were dealing nicely with customers all had name tags on and were smiley I waited in line and the lady in front of me was exchanging a piece of equipment she was grunted at by the only employee that had no name tag on of course , after the rude treatment and no thank you she threw the ladies down on the counter in a f u style super lazy as i approached the counter and was greeted with my rolling eyes grunt i set the equipment down it is a modem and i offered my confirmation and part number on paper as required lazy lady wouldn't even pick it up and told me to do it (spin it around) 6 ounces of a modem after i as the custoner had to do her job lazy scanned it and threw it on another counter gave me a receipt no aknowledgement and of course thanks for driving here from griffith to return the modem to be disposed of and i asked so are we checked in now i was grunted at again , There customer service sucked xfinity can bite me .

I came to the Hammond location to cancel my service. I was acknowledged when I came in. All the employees were assisting other customers. I was helped by a young man who was very nice and helpful. I returned my equipment and thought it would be a long drawn out process, but it wasn't. Thanks for making it a smooth transition.

HORRIBLE SERVICE FOR WIFI!!!! OUR WIFI GOES OUT 10 PLUS TIMES A DAY AND I HOME SCHOOL MY DAUGHTER!!! ITS BEEN HAPPENING ALL YEAR AND THEY SAY ITS OUTAGES??? ITS CONSTANT AND FOR MONTHS BEEN GOING ON FOR WHAT MY MOM PAYSTHIS IS UNCALLED FOR!!!

Horrible customer service can never speak to someone and if you do they don't know how to help you. Be ready to spend 6hrs via chat with an agent and still no success with your issue. Picked up my modem and still don't have internet because they won't send anyone out . They make fake appointments nobody shows up you call about it they say you don't have one. STOP TAKIN NEW CUSTOMERS AND YOU CANT PROVIDE ADEQUATE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Returning my modem and going to another company who care just a little!!!

Today we went into xfinity store in Hammond wanting information about coming back to xfinity services and mobile. The employee there was so unhelpful and just kept saying well we cancelled. Not bothering to explain to us to help us better understand. He was rude, didn’t care. Why have employees in your job if they aren’t willing to take their time to help or explain things better.

Xfinity is always overcharging me for everything, such as: late fees, taxes, equipment, activation fees, etc. etc. I'm definitely cancelling and switching to another trustworthy company. I will post my bills later. But yes, they literally charge you to the Bone.

I just want to say the only employee that is very nice and very well understand and will answer any questions is (DAISY). The others employees are just horrible people and give a bad vibe and doesn’t wanna help or take the time to even listen to anything you have to say, I’ve had trouble with my phone for every two months for the past year and finally after a year of my face being show in that store daisy was the only one willing to take her time and spent hours hours hours working on my phone no matter what, even stayed after closing to talk to customer service for me for hours, daisy is definitely the best employee they have working there! She need to be a manager!
