I am putting this review as to educate XFinity of the importance of good customer service. Too long of waits in store and on the phone. Only reason I gave two stars is for the technician who came out Sunday. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Comcast get some more associates in the store. The lines are ridiculous. The customers time is precious too we do not get paid to sit on the phone for over two hours or in along line. When the customer does their part and pays the bill every month and stays a customer for almost a decade please give good customer service for loyalty. Do not misinform customers either when swapping devices for your new items. Thanks

The fact that I can no longer speak to a representative without having to argue with a bot, and even then I most of the won’t get lucky, it’s just completely unacceptable. I should verbally be able to contact an associate for help if needed not message back-and-forth. Ridiculous.

Nothing but praise for this establishment. I went to this location with a bit of a complex issue and I must say I got really good service. The workers Daisy and Analyse were so thorough and so patient and made sure my issue was resolved. I mean I came in there with a broken phone that barely worked and Daisy went above and beyond to make sure everything got transferred to my new phone she really knew what she was doing. It was so cool how Daisy and Analyse worked together. Analyse started off first and like a tag team wrestling match Daisy came in and finished the job both of them knew their stuff and had such good customer service skills. I will be going back to this location for all my future needs.

My experience at this location with Deja was long and drawn out but a pleasant one I like the way she ran her store with coordination making sure everyone was taken care of along with assisting me with activating my new device she stayed with me through the process and for that I’m grateful
