Worst customer service ever ! If you need towing or Hammond makes you use someone call ANYONE else. Plus then you won't be stuck dealing with impound issues. Once they have your car they can and will do anything. They are in control thier is no customer service in an inpound. Did that to us. Bullies.Hammond also has the maximum amount they can charge for certain tows on thier website check that.

Got into a car accident on Christmas and this tow company had to come get my car as it was blocking traffic. Between the tow and my husband coming to pick up the car, someone had stolen a large battery jumper cable (which tow trucks use) When questioned, they of course said no and no one was able to touch the truck! they asked my husband did I (the driver) take it!? I was in an accident and put in an ambulance There was no way for me to carry such a heavy thing and just where would I be taking it? To the hospital with me? These people are thieves!

My car was towed because of an accident ON CHRISTMAS. My small child and myself were hit the tow company had to come take the car to their yard as it was totaled. They came IMMEDIATELY! The driver or someone from the tow yard stole a large battery charger w/ cables out of my trunk! The only people with the key. THIEVES!

Came out quickly when the car I was replacing the tire on slipped from the jack. They were able to jack it up again and helped put the spare one. Wonderful service!Services: Tires
