My husband and I were checked in at front desk with a pleasant smile. We were called to the back by staff with a pleasant greeting and given the appropriate tests in a timely manner, and didn't have to wait a long time to see the doctor. Overall our visit was very productive.

The Williams Institute is absolutely fantastic. The staff take their time to explain everything to you. The doctors then take a very deep look at your eye health to make a determination if surgery is necessary! I am very pleased and will recommend them!

The girl who checked me in and got me ready for the doctor she was very polite very upbeat really liked her then the second person I dealt with she was just as polite talking to her about history when your nervous it helps then the doctor comes in she was polite upbeat it all went very smooth
