It’s so disheartening that THIS Walgreens makes it so difficult to obtain life sustaining medication. I called in to refill a prescription for my mom that was out of stock at the location I usually use but I was told by that location that this location had it in stock and was the only store within 50 miles that had it. When I called the lady was so unbelievable rude and refused to take the patient information to verify if they did actually have the medication and just said they didn’t have it. I stopped going to this Walgreens over a year ago after I had nothing but issues. I can’t believe a pharmacy is this heartless and cold that they don’t care if a diabetic has their insulin.

I’m a longtime customer of this Walgreens and I’ve never had an issue with any of the ladies or men that work there and young and old. Everyone Ive met Has done an awesome job, considering the Severity of the pandemic that we’ve just had and are going through. Keep up the great work

Always well organized. They need hand baskets; not having any, limits how much I can purchase. I am not pushing a large shopping cart around that store.

Destiny and so called Manager Alexis woke up the wrong side of the bed this morning. Very bad customer service skills. Wanted to check out in back Manager Alexis said no, she was doing another order no other customer they and she just checked out a different customer prior to me arriving. Destiny cashier I asked about pop sale her response I don't know I haven't been here the past 2 days. WOW! Bad attitude and unappropiate response. I then went to get the stickers off the shelve to show her the price on tags and she still was ignorant. If you don't want to work why show up and be rude and have a a bad facial expression. I never went thru anything like this here. I've been a loyal and faithful customer for over 20 years. I hope they get addressed with this or sent to a customer service skills training class. Will go up the chain for complaints.

My wife and I both had kidney transplants 6 months apart a year ago. She gets her prescription mail order but sometimes they don't arrive on time and she has to go to the nearest Walgreens. Walgreens is her mail order and since it's so, the medication is able to be refilled through the local Walgreens. Because of the holiday her medication was not going to be on time. Mail order confirmed that the information them have on file is the same as the information used at Walgreens for pickup. The way that Andrea the pharmacist spoke to her and the way the pharmacy assistant was speaking was so unprofessional. The assistant stated that she don't know why they keep sending transplant patients to their location. The pharmacist told her that they don't do emergency doses even though it's been done before. She then told her they can't give her a emergency dose and it had to do with billing. My wife medication is 100% free with no out of pocket costs. These two ladies had my wife crying inside the store and other customers was trying to comfort her. The pharmacist did all this and spoke so disrespectful when if she would have put her name and date of birth in the system it would have shown that the medication pickup was according to policy. My wife asked for a supply to last until they shipped but since the order was not going to be sent until Friday they were able to give her the full month supply. Now what's crazy is when I called to see why she was treated so badly she gave no apology for her unprofessional conduct. She then said that it's all on camera. I told her okay but my wife had the entire conversation audio recorded. When corporate hear the recording, I hope that the pharmacist will be professional enough to apologize for the rude behavior. I'm going to post this on Google, Facebook, Yelp, Indisputable with Dr. Rashad Richey, Roland Martin and The BBB. When I receive a response from corporate I will post the audio. I want to see if they lie about what happened. She would be stupid to lie because I have everything she said as well as the assistant recorded. I provided reviews on several platforms and have over a million views. My reviews are in the top 10% in the nation. You never treat anyone like she treated my wife and I'll bring this to the attention of corporate and only after they respond will I release the audio. Corporate doesn't need to apologize for this ladies behavior. Even if Andrea felt she didn't do anything wrong, as a professional she should have apologized.

This is the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. The young man who works there always give me problems with my medications. They have put different pills mixed in with my pills on a couple occasions. They have given me expired medicine. It's like they giving me what they want and giving me a problems everytime hes working!! Everytime!! I have to check my medications when I get them. You better start checking yours because they don't care what they give you.? Check your medications before you leave. Please!

Terrible consideration for its ailing clientele. The population that employs them. If you call 45 minutes before closing, pharmacy employee will not answer. You will be subject to holding and each time the hold time prompts the phone to ring instore someone will pick up not say a word and place you back on hold. They did this at least 5 times during my call. The manager on Duty Destiny had no explanation for this and suggested I call the number on the receipt to complain because the store manager Mr. Brown was on vacation. If they dont want to assist their public, then they should close or find some employees who want to work. If you're sick or have questions, please drive past this location and dont dare call to speak to someone In their pharmacy. Corporate needs to run there cameras back and confirm how busy they really are an hour before closing.

The pharmacy here is always behind everyday.& RUDE. Coming from a busy business & running a business it starts with management. Their is definitely something and someone not doing their job here. I’m definitely changing my pharmacy after today. SHANEKA is definitely rude and needs to re evaluate how she speaks to customers. It takes leadership to have success.
