This place is ridiculous, pharmacy is never open, one time I went there to pick up meds and the guy told me it’s at the Walgreens on Kennedy, lol we were at the Walgreens on Kennedy, they pay no attention.

if I could give a big fat zero I would. SHANEKA THE WHATEVER SHE IS AT THIS STORE IS UNPROFESSIONAL. This store needs management. Its become so disgusting and DIRTY. i mean that by attitude & just the way it looks inside. Definitely taking my business elsewhere.

If I could give a zone I would . Today 2/25/22 I went to pick up a prescription for my mother and found the pharmacy was closed. My mother had foot surgery today and her doctor sent over a pain killer prescription. I tried to fill it at another location , but because it was a narcotic I had to track down the doctor and have him send it to another location . How does a pharmacy not have a float pharmacist to cover locations with call offs ? I will be telling my mother to change all her future prescriptions to Vito's .

Store located at 6905 Kennedy Ave, Hammond, IN 46323 is awful. Took my 16 and 17 year olds for their COVID-19 boosters. Lady behind the counter was extremely rude and argent. She had a nasty attitude. Had 2:20 and 2:30 appointments, didn't get done until 3. Would absolutely not recommend getting any vaccines at Walgreens. I got my booster at CVS and it was a much better experience. Save time just do CVS.

The service used to be pretty bad but there have been many improvements to move people along pretty fast.

Not is Walgreens over price on everything but the worst part of the store is the pharmacy. Dropped over prescription and it's been almost an hour to count 60 pills. They care more about a phone ringing and taking breaks than their customers. The people working have snippy attitudes and are real defensive when they are called out on their poor service towards customers.

The hours that are now available make it very inconvenient for the ones who aren't able to pick up their meds during the hours available now.

All over the store they yell "I see 3," when ever there are more than 3 people in line and they promptly open another register, EXCEPT the pharmacy. You could die waiting in line at their pharmacy.?
