I visited the Hammond Vytos location in need of equipment for my husband’s restmed machine. The staff made me feel welcome, and heard my needs and concerns. They were very kind and supportive. Went into get CPAP supplies that I really needed and Jessica helped me out and she was super friendly and was such big help, I appreciate her and makes me feel good that they have such knowledgeable helpful staff, I will be getting my supplies from them from now on

Not very understanding lady's for years I have been dealing w this pharmacy and 2 times there has been innocedents were I never received my children medication first one was last year and supervisor Amanda scream and yel at me regarding the delivery issue then last week some one signed my first and last name I called it in sandt said my signature did not match but also accused me of being up set and yelling which I never did once again mamange or supervisor Amanda got to the phone over talking me as usual hung up 5 times on me swearing I signed the receipt but delivery guy never came last week at all this is not the first time but to say I sign is hole nother issue of concern now my signature being forsged but we're is the medication for my child filed complaintsw my child insurance and let they doctors no we never signed I never signed and never received medication deliver to my home last time the said they knocked hard and we were all home and never herd a knock uboerfessional lady's handling claimea ghetto service provided dispointment all together

They were so helpful. I needed something delivered like today they had what I needed and delivered it to me in the same day! They definitely saved the day for me as I had just gotten home from the hospital and had no way to get it. They were great. Again thank you Vyto's.

I ordered some DME for our patient there in Hammond.I spoke to Liah who processed our request, had it delivered directly to our patient, at a very fair price.I will always use them for any orders we have in Hammond.

Avoid at all costs! Used them to supply my CPAP machine and every step of the process took at least two months. These ladies have no idea what's going on there. Two months to order a new mask and they still have no clue after calling them 5 times about it. What a joke!

Very lovely Customer service from the DME , I definitely recommend coming here! My grandparents came in for walkers and toilet seat and they left very happy.

Very very inconsiderate when it comes to their patients. Every time I have to pick up my mother’s medication for her it’s always “oh we have to call them in, they won’t be ready till tomorrow” but yet failed to call or mention that when we call for her medication like oh ok that’s fine she only needs her inhalers to breathe nothing major smh I’m so tired of the workers and they’re nonchalant attitudes

i interacted with Vyto's in hammond. had an appointment scheduled. lady cancelled it on a few hours notice because it might snow and she couldn't be bothered to come in cancelling nine appointments. wasted half a vacation day. got a cpap machine. paid my total share upfront then they continued to bill for it a second time every month thereafter even after we called about it. the cpap person never told how to get the information off the machine simply saying everything was fine and worked automatically. lost four months of medical monitoring. had to call my insurance company to find out what to do and how to make it work. they may be good for prescriptions or other services but based on my experience i could never recommend them for anything.

I was disappointed with shopping online. I wanted to see if Vyto's carried a particular item but found nowhere to pull it up or enter a search. I think Vyto's is an excellent pharmacy but it did not serve my needs in this instance.

I posted a review on Vyto's Pharmacy over three weeks ago and received no response...You figure a customer leaves a bad review and they would at least try to explain themself. I now would no go back there!!!
