there is a lot i wanna share, but first of all, the smell in there is horrible. it smells like mold. i could tell that there was mold because my eyes were itchy. the store is constantly messy and the clothes are organized by color, not size. makes it very difficult to find what you want. they also have face wash, shampoo, and various soaps that have been opened and are leaking. as you go into the store, it just gets messier and messier. recently, they have been overpricing a bunch of clothes that i feel is not worth it. the prices are not fair and a good majority of the clothes are probably sold at ross for 5$. there is also only one register open at once. who is the manager of this place and how is this place still running?

Workers were rude. The place was a mess. It smelled horrible. Soooo over priced. The purse area was dirty, the purses were stained and still wanted 40 to 50 bucks for coach purse. That's so crazy. Things on the wall they say are designer which was just normal name brands and were asking basically full price. Never will go back again.

Although they have many things to buy, they sell them. Very high prices as if it were new, some of the cashiers are very friendly but there are managers who are very rude to both employees and customers.

I had to edit my review of ten years ago. I come in often for work clothes and cookware to restore. I spoke to several different ladies who speak no English whatsoever. How in the world in 2024 do you hire people whose job is working with the public as customer service and they can’t answer a simple question? I’m black so this has nothing to do with race. It has to do with being professional. You stand at the display counter for several minutes to see something on the shelf yet no one comes over even after they look over and see you waiting . They have at least 20 people working all over yet not one person comes and greet you or ask if you want to see anything. You stand in long lines to pay just to get to the register and they have no price on the item. I took a cast iron skillet up there and they say no price no sell. They put a price on the black cookware directly on the skillet with a black marker. It’s always been like that so I don’t expect any change. Also they put these outrageous prices on things that they get for free. I’ve seen clothes and shoes there that’s the same price as new ones at stores. At least put a freakin button at the display to ring for service. If they don’t speak English then don’t put them in a position where they have to deal with the public. Just do better. Anyone ever noticed that they have never had any black, white nor asian employees? Anyone ever notice that you never see any male employees there? You can’t tell me that no other person of other racial background hasn’t applied. You’re telling me that the only people who are qualified for these positions are Hispanic women who speak no or broken English. None of this seems right. EEOC and States Attorney should be notified.

Literally the worst place I ever been to! Let's be clear this place is for one "type of people" how is it possible that not one employee speaks fluent English?! It's about 6 employees standing around and no one on the registers! The place is a mess. Looks more like a trash site than a store, with sticker prices!! This place and the employees are trash!!

Very large thrift store. Basic items are very cheap. Cpl bucks, sometimes less. Name brand items very fairly priced. Saw a cute Nike windbreaker for $14 impeccable. Large selection. Takes some time to find it all. I regularly shop here for myself and my son.

It’s a well organized thrift store. The items are organized by color and clothing style. I was able to find a new pair of EXPRESS pants for $11. This place doesn’t have a dressing room so I couldn’t try them on. However I’m familiar with EXPRESS sizing so I felt good about my purchase.
I would have bought more pants but I was unfamiliar with the brands so I wasn’t sure if they would fit once I got them home. The store policy is no refund and no return.
The staff is helpful and friendly. You can definitely save big. There are signs on the wall alerting you to 1/2 off on certain color price tags. This place would’ve gotten 5 stars but I took away one star because there is NO dressing room.
So know your brands and know your size or measurements because once you’ve bought it. It’s yours.

We've been coming here for about 12 years and we like their selection of clothing choices and prices too! But have to admit that some clothes shouldn't even be considered for sale....old and stained.

I am absolutely disgusted with the Village Thrift Store. Their prices are ridiculous! $25 for a stained sweatshirt. Fake purses behind counter for $200+ and the aisles are trashed! The most asinine thrift my friends & I have ever been to.

If you choose to shop here, I suggest you use cash. My chase card got scammed every time I used it there. You can find good things however the prices are higher and it's very congested. Most of the employees do not speak English. If you speak Spanish you'll be fine.
