Super place with large comfortable space to enjoy a good concert

People standing in the isle that had great seats. It ruined much of the show. It is a nice theater.

Theresa Caputo gave a wonderful show but the Venue at Horseshoe Casino is definitely not handicap friendly. My mom is a big fan so we wanted to treat her to see Theresa live. Trying to find parking and then getting in Casino was difficult but once in and trying to get to the Venue was a nightmare. No signs or barely visible at best, most workers were just trying to rush you along and no help at all. Made us go through this little line and the wheel chair kept getting stuck. Had to walk all the way through casino then trying to find an elevator after asking 5 employees to get to the 2nd floor. If you are handicap or taking someone that is don’t do it. Go to a different venue to see a show. To top it off they quit letting people in the bathroom and told them to go to the casino to use that they were closing up. Mind you this was only 10 minutes after the show.

The balcony seats for our concert had great views! The staff were all friendly. The downside is that for $2 you get a tiny bottle of water, so plan on buying 3 or 4 if you are thirsty. If you are a non-smoker like us, it's pretty rough walking through the clouds of smoke on the casino floor to get to the back where the smoke-free venue is. Sure would be nice to have a separate entrance for those of us who enjoy clean air.

I really liked how it was inside the casino and got to gamble after the show. Very nice place with one complaint. The stage is too far from the front gate.

Awesome place for Concerts!! Just saw Brit Floyd would love for them to return!! Casino was very clean and staff was very helpful!!

It would really be a nice place if they didn't cramp you the front sections like 102, 103. Then they you sweat like hell because they dont put the air. 18 dollars for a reg beer. Ridiculous!!!

My husband and I really enjoy seeing our favorite entertainment at this venue. We will definitely revisit. Ms. Stephanie Mills was amazing!

Anthony Hamilton did an outstanding job. He has an amazing voice that I can listen to for hours. Unfortunately it seems to me that his show was about 45 mins, but the best 45 mins of entertainment to end 2023. Loved you AH...
