Wow, this was the most complicated and chaotic venue I’ve been to in my 30 years of living. First, there was no way to get there without walking a mile or taking a school bus after you Uber. Next, you had to get in line to get into the carnival, then you had to get into another line if you were seeing a concert, then you had to get in another line to get tickets for drinks, then you had to get in a line to get your ID checked, then you can finally buy alcohol with your tickets and enter the pavilion. We missed almost 20-30 minutes of Lil Wayne and paid $75 each. He was on for an hour. Getting a ride afterwards was near impossible and none of the employees working the traffic were helpful. So thankful we were able to find a Lyft after waiting about an hour. I will not be back.

I LOVE THIS place...!!! Festival of the Lakes is 1 of my FAVORITE fest's in the summer..!!! THIS yr was the 1st time Ive been here since Jimmy Cliff played..!!! Parking is WAY BETTER..!! TOTALLY WORTH THE $30...!! BEER TIX WERE A LITTLE HIGH... AND THEIR MIXED DRINKS WERE WEAK AF... OTHER than THAT (& RAIN) IT WAS AMAZING!!!

Attended the Festival of the Lakes on Friday night to see the Stone Temple Pilots. Free admission to the festival; $30 to park. Show ended after an hour due to thunderstorms with lightning moving in. Staff and security handled everything as well as they could have. The crowd was disappointed but behaved in a reasonable manner, and exited in an orderly fashion, thankfully. Would give the venue another try, after checking that no adverse weather was a possibility

It was my first time coming to the fireworks for 4th of July. Didn’t come prepared but now I know next time to bring a cooler with goodies . I thought there might be vendors there .It was just the music .Place to relax and watch the fireworks .The atmosphere was very relaxing bringing families together enjoy the company. I did see that you can bring your foldable chairs and coolers. Other than that we enjoyed it.

Absolutely beautiful what they've done to the lake front. Great walking/bike trails. Plenty of things for you and the kids to do here. There's something for everyone. Bike riding, Boat launch, fishing pier, playgrounds and a splash pad for the younger kids or canoe and kayak rentals or a nice place for a picnic.
