Please go somewhere else, they impact the lug nuts and it will be hard to remove them and you might break and have to replace studs. The guy in his 30's has a that's your problem now attitude. He said I have to tighten them that he can't let the customer tighten them due to liability. He said his impact tightens to spec. I told him it's an impact it will go as long as you keep going. Jose no comprendo so definitely will not be going back. Please save yourself the headache.

Ive attempted to do business with this gentleman here several times his prices are kinda high for the area and he does not care if you are not interested in doing service with him I would say he needs to work on customer service a little better and do his research on how much prices actually reach for a used tire for the price they’re charging I could go buy a brand new one

I went to get my tire checked out because it had been losing air. They did the work outside right in front of me, a guy came & used a power tool to remove the lug nuts, he broke off two of the wheel studs in the process which left two broken parts inside the socket. They check out my tire & tell me that it’s just the stem which will be $20 to fix, I’m like cool. Then another guy comes to explain to me that these two wheel studs came off & I need to buy the replacement parts along with the lug nuts to have their mechanic repair it & I will have to pay for it. I’m like why do I have to pay to fix what you all just broke? He started explained that if they broke when they took them off they weren’t good anyway, and they have no way to tell if they broke them or they were already broke. I’m like can I drive without those two wheel studs? He said yes, it’s fine to drive like that it won’t come off you will just want to get it fixed eventually. I was like okay, I took it to my dad & he said it’s completely unsafe to drive without any missing wheel studs because the tire can get off balance and come off, we went back to the shop as they were getting ready to close. My dad was talking to the guy I spoke with outside and the guy kept saying the same thing that they didn’t break it, my dad asked him were there 5 wheel studs before you took them off? They said yes, was it broke before you took it off? No.. my dad said that’s because you impacted them with the power tool and broke them and I just want to come to a resolution on fixing it. The guy then started laughing saying they didn’t do it, eventually my dad asked for the manager, he waited outside several minutes and no one came. As we were getting ready to pull off we were surrounded by police. The police asked each side & they told us that the owner agreed to fix the car they just didn’t want any drama. So we were like okay? We could have came to this resolution without the police. I called them the next day to find out how we were going to go about resolving the problem, the manager Jose said that he never said they would fix it for free. At this point I’m filing my complaint with the BBB and I have it on camera when he broke the lug nuts. It could have been resolved another way but they have a problem with fixing what they broke because they don’t want to work for free as he put it. I hate that it’s hard to find trustworthy places but I should have read all the other terrible reviews.

replaced and fixed my tire and rim with in 45 minutes and I was states away from home. They also communicated with me on every step showing me that the new rim was correct and same with the tire!! Great work! And was an amazing experience and price! (Cracked tire is before and other is the new tire and rim they put on)

I've been looking around for a tire for my truck from the guy I spoke to on the phone to the guy who put on my tires was amazing they were upfront about any extra costs overall my experience was great would definitely recommend

Terrible business $180 dollars for two used tires $120 for wheel alignment got car back in worst condition do not go too these guys scams

I brought my own tires they tried to charge me 50 dollars each to to install them. Rip off and very bad customer service. Anybody reading this don't waste your time going there

The guys there are very professional. They give you important information about the condition of your car. All good vibes coming from this place.
