ZARIA customer service is very terrible. I visited the store recently and had an item that didn’t have a price on it. When I got to ZARIA register I told her that the item didn’t have a price on it but the other ones may have said .99 or 1.00 so she tells me that I have to go get the item and then get back in line. So I tell her nevermind I don’t want it and that I would like to speak to a manager. Once I said that, she grabbed the item aggressively and walked off. I told her I don’t want it just get me a manager because your customer service is terrible. As I am speaking to a manager, she’s laughing as if this is a joke. I will never shop here again ZARIA attitude is terrible and a manager even vouched saying she get complaints

Good big horse, with good discounts and friendly employees who also took on the challenge of the non-loosening safety loop on the shoe and solved it

Security measures at this store makes the shopping experience uneasy as it is presumed the store location is higher for shoplifting. Almost every item in the store has antitheft devices. I left right away. Not Good.

Terrible customer service. I have never been treated so bad in any other stores like here.They don't value their costumers. Very frustrated!update 11/21/2019Have you ever were told you cant shop with a drink? Well, I was,today in this store. I walked out.Nonsense!!!! I like to shop in Ross for the good deals but this location just proved me again that it's NOT there for their customers!!!!Saved me some money today?

They are a little low on clothes right now they need to re-up on their inventory. The girls that work here are really nice all the time kind of funny you can tell their neighborhood girls and guys pretty cool people always helpful. It's usually a crapshoot to find something really cool here and I have.

ONE OF THE WORST LOCATIONS EMPLOYEES TWO AFRICAN AMERICAN LADIES AT THE REGISTER ABSOLUTELY DIDN'T CARE ABOUT THE LATINOS HERE AT THE STORE ALL 4 DRESSING ROOMS WERE CLOSED UNOCCUPIED WHEN I BROUGHT IT TO THEIR ATTENTION THEIR ATTITUDES CAME QUICKLY THEY CONTINUED ONLY WITH THEIR ATTITUDES WHILE THE LINE FOR ONE DRESSING ROOM QUICKLY BECAME LONG NEEDLES TO SAY WE PUT ABOUT 200 DOLLARS WORTH OF STUFF RIGHT IN THE CART AN PROMPTLY LEFT WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS RACIALLY PROFILED LOCATION AN WILL DRIVE OUT OF OUR WAY TO AVOID THIS LOCATION SICKENING TO MY STOMACH AND THE MANAGERS AN CORPORATE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR ALLOWING SUCH POOR MANAGEMENT TO TAKE PLACE IN THIS HAMMOND LOCATION
