Understaffed, had 2 cashiers for a line and I waited over 10 minutes for them to open the sunglasses case. I had to approach the cashier bc she was ignoring me. Then she told me at first to order my glasses online bc they have to deal with the line first. All I needed was for them to open the display case and allow me to purchase them, I'm okay waiting in line but she was refusing to open the case even. So after I looked online and there's no specific spot to order my glasses, I approached her again and she rudely opened it. She seemed upset. Both cashiers were ignoring me on shift. I waited and was polite. After approaching her and she opened it, I showed her the ones I wanted and I asked her to hold them by the register. That ima get them, I didn't need to try them on or anything. I knew the exact ones I needed. Horrible customer service, they turn away customers so they don't have to open the sunglasses display, how lazy. Not returning to this location again. Then once I was finally being checked out, I told the cashier that there is no place on the stores website to reserve or buy glasses. And she just ignored me. How disgusting their customer service is here. Never in my life will I spend another dollar here at THIS LOCATION.

The store in Hammond, IN, on Indianapolis Blvd. is the dirtiest and most disorganized Ross I have ever shopped at. It has nothing to do with the holidays. The employees can't even pretend to be friendly or polite. They can't all be rude by nature, so I can only image they are overworked and treated poorly. Management and corporate must do better in running this business, treating this community of shoppers with respect and appreciation for their business and most importantly treating their employees with dignity.

Again never been to Ross before so now I am going to all the Ross stores that’s available to me. All my friends encouraged me to visit locations, but I still have not been able to really experience it like I should I keep shopping for my grand baby , but I am done it’s my turn now being able to give a better rating on Ross. I will return. Thanks for the items I received thus far. Check out what I got guys.

ZARIA customer service is very terrible. I visited the store recently and had an item that didn’t have a price on it. When I got to ZARIA register I told her that the item didn’t have a price on it but the other ones may have said .99 or 1.00 so she tells me that I have to go get the item and then get back in line. So I tell her nevermind I don’t want it and that I would like to speak to a manager. Once I said that, she grabbed the item aggressively and walked off. I told her I don’t want it just get me a manager because your customer service is terrible. As I am speaking to a manager, she’s laughing as if this is a joke. I will never shop here again ZARIA attitude is terrible and a manager even vouched saying she get complaints

Security measures at this store makes the shopping experience uneasy as it is presumed the store location is higher for shoplifting. Almost every item in the store has antitheft devices. I left right away. Not Good.

Terrible customer service. I have never been treated so bad in any other stores like here.They don't value their costumers. Very frustrated!update 11/21/2019Have you ever were told you cant shop with a drink? Well, I was,today in this store. I walked out.Nonsense!!!! I like to shop in Ross for the good deals but this location just proved me again that it's NOT there for their customers!!!!Saved me some money today?
