The outside is filthy, and unacceptable from the parking lot to the sidewalk that is the reason for my rating but the cashier earned them a star to give it the 3 stars instead of 1 or 2. Curb appeal is everything! We are not in the City of Chicago where that may be more acceptable in certain areas more than others. I don’t know if they just get less merchandise at this particular location, but there were a lot of empty shelves in the store. The household goods department was very light. I was still able to find a couple of decent items. One thing that I can say is that the clothing was very well organized in all areas of the store. The front section was very well organized as well. I remember when this store opened in I think 2019. I visited today, but I had not been there since my last visit when a clerk had me put a shopping cart back while I was still in the store like I was employed there. I was also not happy that although nothing on their receipt indicated you could not return food items, the Keurig pods I purchased during that visit was defective. It had been 2 years since my last visit based on that situation. They offer a 10% discount every Tuesday for seniors aged 55 and over.

Disappointed in this location today. I shop here very often and had to make a return that was only one day past their 30 day policy. A manager did not approve it to go back onto my card and only wanted to offer me a voucher. I went down the street to the Ross in Schererville and they didn’t even call for a manager. They understood it was a day late, but still put it back onto my card for me.Needless to say I will not be back to this location. ?? That’s bad customer service.
