It's great. They did a great job. I went from red to a brown and a blonde balayage. It took about 8 hours, but it was because they didn't want to damage my hair. The end result was great, and I have been going to them ever since.

I went there about a hand full of times, only the 1st time was an okay experience but it's the only salon that offers a particular service I need and it was only my first time I figure customer service may get better, the last time was the worst & it will certainly remain the last time I go there!Your welcoming depends on who you may be, I've been there several times, customer services literally barely meets an okay, 1) to get an appointment is a hassle, they schedule you well over 6 to 9 weeks out.2) I felt almost ignored every time, they have water and/or coffee and never once offered or mention it to me.3) Don't really listen to what you are trying to communicate that you would like to achieve with your hair. ( I bet they have NO clue why I was intent on getting that service and on growing my hair! that matters!!4) Different stylist every time I got my hair done but no biggie except they don't become familiar with you and I guess they don't keep track of the product or hair color they have applied previously, so I ended up with a different shade of color every time I went in. also no biggie.5) the culture between the owner and employee's seems pretty good but as a customer, you feel completely out of place unless you've known them for years, so I was uncomfortable and I'm aware that's me personally but they make no effort to speak with you or engage you in conversation.6) the services and products I continued to go there for were changed and they made no mention of it prior to starting to work on my hair, therefore the last time I went in the product they use was terrible and my hair was breaking while they were combing, blowing drying and using a straightening iron. I can literally hear my hair breaking and asked if this was a different product, if they changed it because my hair was hard and stiff and they couldn't even put the comb through it. they stated "it's a much better product, doesn't feel like it now but once we are done, you'll like it". Right, so once done it looks good but a few days later when I'm washing and combing my hair I see all these frizzes from hair breakage that wasn't there, I was upset since I needed to grow healthy long hair, not for looks for a purpose!7) the WORST part is how I felt scammed when it came to paying. About the last 3 times I paid I knew I was getting over charged but again ... it's the only place in the area since I moved here not that long ago. the last time I went it was so bad. When I was told the price, I asked to make sure they weren't charging me for a hair cut because previously I was getting charged for a service that I did request but they did not do, the price was extremely over the top for what I have normally and previously paid with them and prior hair stylist. BUT as I was paying at the counter, one of the girls that worked on my hair (by the way 5 ppl worked on my hair that day, not two maybe three) asked the owner to not forget to give me the leave in conditioner and shampoo with the hair mask, he very quickly shut her down and handed me a small bottle of hair mask and completed the transaction.The stylist looked uncomfortable as if she knew she had just put her foot in her mouth. To avoid feeling even more awkward and uncomfortable I just left. But had a feeling of being cheated with terrible customer service and possible out of some product that may have been charged for but not received, but I wouldn't have a way of knowing at that point. Can't argue what I'm not certain about and certainly can't prove. My gut and experience tells me I'm right. I will not be going back.Extremely Disappointing.

Made an appointment week before mothers Day asked the lady twice. advised her that she is sure you will be open as its Memorial Day assured me it was even got texted confirmation of my appointment. Well, guess what they closed in front of salon unreal. I work hard for my money just like everyone else do better ? ..

Nunca nunca nunca vayan a este salón! Para empezar se olvidaron que había hecho una cita a través de Messenger y luego "se olvidaron" que había hecho un depósito cuándo me cobraron. Fui por lowlights, tenia grandes expectativas ya que dicen ser maestros del color y me ARRUINARON el pelo! Tengo pelo marrón y salí de ahí con el pelo rubio. La 1ra foto muestra mi pelo, la 2da lo que quería y las últimas es el MAMARRACHO que me hicieron! Les di una segunda oportunidad y volví hoy porque supuestamente lo iban a arreglar y lo dejaron peor! Tengo todo el pelo reventado y reseco. Horrible experiencia, salí de ahí llorando. Tenía el pelo por la mitad de la espalda y ahora está cerca de los hombros porque encima de todo me cortaron el lado derecho del pelo más corto que el izquierdo y para emparejarlo siguió cortando. Pague $263 dólares y tome uber para volver a ir al salón y ni siquiera fueron capaces de darme un refund por un servicio que no era lo que esperaba. A este punto ya no se trata de la plata se trata de que me ARRUINARON la cabeza y mi autoestima ya que mi pelo es todo para mi.

Due to medical problems we were unable to attend the Appointment, and they never told me that this would happen if I did not attend. They have never tried to contact me to reschedule or return the money. Overall it is a place not to return for the aforementioned reason.
