“After having a horrible experience at the att store in shererville we thought we would try the att store in hammond. When we walked in we were immediately greeted, seated and waited about 10 min. Even though they were very busy. Miss Jessica and the new employee Emmanuel who translated everything in spanish, were very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. They not only helped us with our new phone but went beyond to help my husband retrieve his information because he had forgotten his google password. What a difference a little kindness makes.
