Customer service was terrible, they replaced one tire and plugged the other one 24 hours later the replaced tire on flat and plugged tire on flat was a waste of almost $100 bucks and they had the nerve to give me attitude, and all I asked for was a new tires for the tire they supposedly plugged, but he claim because the tired size was different so he couldn’t just replace the tire I had already paid for. Which I didn’t see was the big deal but I will never give them my business again and I wouldn’t recommend this tire shop at all!

Got a used tire installed for 80$. When asked why they didn't balance the tire I was told they charge an extra 5$ for balancing then my question was "well why not at least communicate that balancing was not included with the purchase of a tire". I was then told how much they paid for balancing machine and a bunch of other nonsense. I've worked in shops for 15+ years and have never been anywhere they don't balance tires after mounting a different tire. To make matters worse on the same day the tire had a slow leak from a bad plug job and all of this while on my way back to Detroit. Be weary they don't not balance tires unless requested which is rediculas as one out of balance tire can cause hundreds of dollars of damage to a car down the road.

So grateful for M&H Tire Shop. Even though they were closed, Jose was kind enough to take out the back seats of my car. I had tried for over an hour myself but didn’t have the right tools. This place always got my back, thank you! :)

Went to get my brakes and rotors done this morning. I left with a good recommendation and a smile on my face! They were very nice people! Reasonable prices and quick work!! 10/10 Highly Recommended!!!

Came in thinking i needed a new tire. Nope, he suggested balancing. Then i explained what the tire and driving was doing. And showed me the ty rode on how bad it was. I FEEL LIKE IM DRIVING A NEW 2007 MUSTANG. and i went back to him bc a yr ago he fixed a flat that needed the tired to be change bc of the piece of steel plate i ran over. Tire still good. THANKS ALOT JOSE.

I was stranded with a flat. I got a tow there and they were so helpful. Also he helped a girl out and gave me a great deal on a tire. Got me back on the road.
