I went here today after leave just tires and being told that i had a nail in my tire. I called and asked could they patch they said yes i got there i told them that i was there for a patch they took the tire off put it back on and charged me $25 for the patch. When the tire pressure light never went off my car was more shaky then before i pulled over to see what was the problem and came to the realization that they had switched my tire out for an old tire which was a big shock to me and now i called and everybody doesn’t speak English well and doesn’t understand what I’m saying so i will be going back tomorrow with a police escort for my safety and the safety of my car and I’m getting my tire and my money back and i am also opening a civil suit against the company because in America this isn’t how business is run! I’m very devastated that this happened to me and i just want other women to be aware of this shop and stay far away from them!

If you’re a woman just go somewhere else, even if you have to drive on your rim. John Wong will try to overcharge you. I came to get air after he took the tire off and examined it he said it needed to be patched and could be fixed. Tried to sell me a tire I declined and told him to fix it. He came back again 10 minutes later and told me he couldn’t fix it because it was a nail in the side. But I took a picture before he took it off. No nail was there. He put something in the tire. Tried to charge me 140 dollars for a tire that I just brought from him a week prior for 100 dollars. I will never return ever again. I will drive ok 4 rims before I ever come here again. Just go to 6145 calumet Rt tires for better service from respectful people.

Of course, you know the owner it doesn’t justify a review, but I know the owner and owner is a nice guy. He takes good care of his family with two locations came to America with nothing. He is the dream that all Americans look up to workers are imbeciles, of course, because they workers, that’s just it but if you ever do meet the boss there, you will appreciate doing business with him as I’ve known him for 20+ years

This place just opened, and I was the very first customer. So exciting. I pulled up and there was only a small box truck parked sideways against the garage doors. The truck was running so I knew somebody was there...and there was. The owner - Mr. Jose Tires himself. He just opened and he was still moving things around inside, so the doors were locked. And I know...the truck was still running. Mr. Jose immediately opened the doors after I knocked and took care of business. He didn't have the correct tire, so he called his other shop (Calumet Ave.) and had them bring one ASAP. Impressive. $15.00 and 25 minutes later I was out the door. I'm telling you - Jose is ALL BUSINESS!
