They 2 lady employees worked extra hard to retrieve our W2s from our companies that no longer provide paper copies....I thought it wouldn't happen...but she is good I forgot her names

Hammond or Highland locations are the best by far. Always professional and polite. Wait time is very reasonable (under 10 minutes). Just great people there, almost like visiting friends. Love, love, love them.

Helpful and professional. No long wait times and you even have to option to drop off your taxes and have them prepared for you. Clean office, two year here...no complaints.
