What they don’t allow is trading in cards for collector boxes and physical items but after a misunderstanding they still helped out. Still a good experience with the store.”

“I brought my 8 and 6 year old sons here yesterday to look at pokémon cards. The store is very organized and clean and the employees were kind and helpful.As soon as we walked in, someone greeted us and asked us if we needed help. They directed us to the pokémon cards, which were set up neatly at tables with chairs. We also looked through the holographic and higher value cards that were in a display case. Every once in a while an employee would check in to see how we were doing. They closed at 7 PM and I didn't realize the time. I was so embarrassed when they told me at 7:20 PM that they were getting ready to close. We quickly wrapped up our purchase even though I didn't feel at all that they were rushing us. My sons loved the experience and I look forward to returning in the future.”

“I stopped by John's York Train Shop today and his knowledge of model trains is unbelievable. He was able to tell me what parts I would need to repair the locomotive and other parts I would need to get the train up and running for the first time in 50 years. Model trains really are his passion.The quote for the labor cost for repairs on the locomotive was so low I was stunned. John is an excellent resource and very knowledgeable. His shop may be a disaster but it's worth going to John for all your model train needs.”
