I went in for a haircut the beautician cut my hair so short an then smoothed it flat on my head
I don’t wear my hair like this I said
I showed her a picture but she cut it how she wanted
Will never use this great clips again

They need a better system I walk in I didn't know you have to call in they told me 40 wait they only take call in first so if you didn't call in your screwed three customers walk in and left loosing a lot of customers I'm one of them

I just left with the worst haircut. I'm 99% sure the stylist was drunk or on drugs. She cut one side of my head WAY too short and I was not going to ask her to fix it because I didn't trust her. She didn't even dry my hair before I left, so I walked away with a wet, uneven haircut. Will never go back.

I haven’t been to this Great Clips. I was served efficiently after making my reservation online. The stylist gave me a decent cut but she wasn’t very friendly. Nothing bad about the experience other than I didn’t get offered and gel. I will probably be back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This salon turned away a special needs client because this client was in a wheelchair and could not get out of the wheelchair and into the salon chair. As a hairstylist myself I am horrified to hear this. My mom works with the special needs and to get a call from her asking if we are able to cut a clients hair while they are in a wheelchair makes me sick. How horrible of a person can you be to not take the second it takes to move your chair and cut the client in their chair! It is beyond possible to cut a client while they are in their own chair. To make your salon not handicap accessible is horrific! How dare you discriminate against the handicap, whether it be physical or mental! get it together!

good service reasonable wait times prices went up so use a coupon staff is dependent on gratuities as the base wages is not great so id they do a good job take care ofvthem

Checked in online said I had a 3 minute wait was in there for almost an hour and took a everyone that didn't check in b4 me when I first walked in 2 of the women were just sitting there doing nothing then started taking the othere peoplw walked out with no hair cut
