I came at 7.45 pm and they said they were closed. If you say you are open until 8, you must accept customers until 8. They had turned off the lights when I came at 7:30 before. I really love this place, but this is unacceptable.

Been coming here for years, they do have good meat. However the website is not built well and I cannot see whats on sale, so it keeps me from planning trips here. I would come more often if I could see online whats on sale.

I’ve been going to this store for years and I’ve always gotten great service. Today was different and I was unhappy. I needed some meat from the counter. I asked the guy for 4lbs of chicken wings and I couldn’t decide if I wanted ground round or ground chuck. So he said HELLO? What do you want? I didn’t respond because I knew he wasn’t talking to me. He repeated it louder HELLO? What do YOU want? I said one second I’m trying to decide. Once I decided he found other things to do so he didn’t wait on me. So I gave the wings back and went to another store. If that’s how the employees talk to customers I’ll never ever come back there. I might be one out of a million that patronize this establishment but I won’t be back. Respectfully
