Package has been on a truck for delivery since 1/31. Still have not received a package and can't get any updates from FedEx. I am considering canceling my order and going into a store to buy the same item which is going to be a headache in itself.

If I Could Leave This Place No Stars & Leave A Comment I Would, This Place Doesn’t Even Deserve 1 Star! Someone Here Stole My Baby’s LapTop & Now I Can’t Even Surprise Her With It For Her Birthday & I’m Being Sent On A Wild Goose Chase With Best Buy Just To Get A Replacement Or My Funds Back. I See A lot Of Others Saying The Same Thing, This Place Needs To Be Closed Expeditiously!!!

FedEx is a joke. Customer service is inadequate and just completely incompetent. After two failed attempts for delivery and no shows by driver. I rescheduled with them for the third time. After a third no show, I called them and they indicated they sent my packages back the day before and no reason why. I even got a text that morning it was on the way to be delivered after it was sent back. What the heck is up with this company? I will not buy any packages online anymore if they are using FedEx or I will support small businesses and shop local.

If I can rate FedEx and this facility as zero, I would’ve definitely done it.The first I moved to Chicago from CA. FedEx took 4 weeks delivered my packages. I said I would never choose FedEx anymore.This time, the Merchant chose the FedEx to deliver my packages. It’s another nightmare. The two packages were supposed to deliver Nov 29th. They were out for delivery that day. But the diver just stop by my company delivered something else. Not mine. The next day, the system showed the packages were out for delivery again. Unfortunately, the diver never showed up at all. Both two days, the tracking website said “ they tried to deliver “. To ensure they can deliver my packages even my company closed hours. I requested to pick up at Walgreens. Now it’s Dec 5th, I still don’t have my packages. The tracking says PENDING “. Several text messages came to my phone to update the status. But all indications are about Dec 4th.I was told that I can’t pick up at the facility, and they were not willing to deliver my packages. What can I do?

WORST DELIVERY SERVICE!!! I have been waiting for my package for 3 days now after two of the days I’ve watched the FedEx delivery guy PACED his truck and drive off never attempted to deliver my package once. Assuming he’s too lazy to carry my 70 pound package to my door. I’m fed up and customer service is no help. GIVE ME MY PACKAGE

I'm a 77 crippled USAF Vet. The idiot delivery people do not place items on my porch but BLOCK my WHEELCHAIR RAMP. To stupid to realize why there is a ramp in the first place. I can't struggle items up to my porch. I'm dependent of deliveries. Worst service(????) Ever.

I would give zero Stars if I could my tracking information stated package was on truck to be delivered their excuse was no one was home to accept delivery they were shipping four tires and drove by my house with a tire truck in the driveway big red flag that's the address now saying will not be out for 2 days to deliver attempt again cameras picked up the truck going by my house never stopping to deliver call customer service very unprofessional I personally would never recommend using this company to transport my packages ever especially when my client was expecting delivery today so I could install the product on their vehicle

How is it so difficult to get a package delivered on time. Was supposed to be here Thursday now told it won't be here till Monday. We ordered this item early because we need it today. Also being told we can't even pick it up come on its there what gives!!!

I've gotten 3 different delivery dates. 5 emails stating the package was coming early and it didn't. It was shipped from PA pass Indiana to Texas, to Illinois Bridgeview then back 4 hours west to Rock Island Illinois. A driver seen me by my home and lied, stating he's seen another driver loading my packages on his truck the same day. FEDEX services is not efficient at all!

Have a delivery that was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago. Info says that it has been on a delivery truck out for delivery since that time but hasn't been dropped and info hasn't been updated in those 5 days. If it wasn't a gift I was waiting for for a child I wouldn't be as worried but now it's gonna miss the day and I not sure when it will arrive. This location is not even far from where I live.
