Their tracking history is nothing but a trail of lies and does not accurately in any way shape or form describe what is really happening to your package. On the truck out for delivery day after day after day. If you are lucky enough to get ahold of a live agent they stick to that narrative. I think the public understands delivery delays during these times, but lying is never acceptable. Just tell us the truth!
