If the store closes at 7:00 pm on Saturday why lock the doors at 6:30pm then turn around and say y'all lock the doors at 6:40pm and it’s 6:35 pm

If i could give less I would . I was purchasing some leggings an it had some gloss on em, i still got em because it was really a last minute type situation, but the lil girl with red an black hair weird asking questions because i asked for the price to be reduced , an she pretty much walked off laughing. I don't care how much money it was or what was in my pocket. This your job , if you don't like it then that's not my problem but your attitude with me definitely ain't going to fly. I will not be shopping here again, this a lil high school. You need new staff!

I love their clothes. Although prices could be on the more average side instead of cheaper side it is an amazing place to shop and the clothing material is bomb. I love the quality of the clothing and when you wash them they don't shrink. It’s a great place to shop no matter the kind of outfit you are looking for and the store is very clean and organized well.

I asked to try on 3 items and was told since two of my items were a light champagne color I could not try them on. Also, I was told if I tried them on I HAD to purchase them or chose a darker color to try on since bright colors easily stain. This was my first time ever hearing something like this from a clothing store. Why would I buy something I can’t try on and if I do try it on I am forced to buy it??

Don't come here with your kids. The Women will Watch u your whole time there. They gone talk about you instead of help you. I recently came hre with my children i was given poor customer service. When it was time to check out the cashier was to busy watching the next customers 2boys instead of ringing me up. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had a very bad experience here with my purchase me and my mom and sister I brought something it didn't fit right so I came back the same day and was told they don't return any shoes I paid full price on my shoes the receipt said 14days but didn't state I couldn't return brand-new shoes or clothes I was told they can't accept them I couldn't get a bigger size this was my 1st time here I explained that to store manager she didn't care I asked her to call boss it still didn't help I didn't receive no help also I was greeted at the Door they have nice things but it runs small shoes and clothes so get 2 sizes up and your shoes and size up and clothes I'm disappointed in this place I still have the unworn items

Prices on tags not accurate. When u get to the register they mark prices up by $10-$15 and they don’t honor tag prices.

First time in store it's nice and clean. Customer service was at a satisfaction level. They have some nice clothes. I was looking for something nice to match my birthday outfit and I found something nice at a affordable price.
