* Rude and Unprofessional *
I went through the Drive-Thru to pick up my medicine. The young lady named Mya said they didn't have one of my medications. I asked if the doctor sent it. She said" I'll be right back" 3 mins later she came back and tried to hand me one the medicines. I asked her " what happened to the one you were checking on?" She said, " I don't know, I'm not back there." I said so " What do I need to do to get my medicine.? She said, Idk take this and come back in a hour I guess" I asked to speak with a supervisor and started to record. Another lady came to the window and as I was explaining what Happened, Mya was in the back of her screaming at me. The lady said " Are you Recording Me? I said Yes. She closed the Window. Next, the Pharmacist came and I explained the situation, he told me to contact my doctor for a new prescription and I left.
Mya should not be employed at anybody's drive thru, especially sick people. This kind of behavior shows a lack of training and care for their customers.

David was amazing. He greeted us when we entered the store, patiently explained how to use the coupons in order to save the most money, and was polite the entire time. I also observed him kindly assisting other customers. With so much going on in the world today, it's nice to see hard-working people who deal with the public maintain a positive attitude. Thank you for your excellent customer service, David.

Went to this location January 19th. When I left my apt it was -5° outside. I pulled up through the drive through because it's 24hrs. Their was only 2 cars in the parking lot. When the young lady came to the window she asked for my info. I gave it to her and she told me to hold on. When she came back she said it will be a hr wait. I replied with a hr to wait for 4 pills?! She said yes. I've been to this location multiple times on a monthly basis for this vitamin prescription. I've had to wait for it to get put into a bottle multiple times when I had 2-3 people behind me and a parking lot with more than at least 5 cars in it. So how is it that this was going to take an hr but all the other tomes I waited it took less than 10min to fill. So I say I'm not going to wait an hr for this and I leave. Not even 10min later I get a text saying I need to bring in my insurance even though I'm good until almost the end of the year on this prescription and my insurance is still in good standing ie not shut off. Then I get another message right after saying my prescription is ready all this being sent to me within 10min of me leaving. I had arrived back home and didn't want to
go back out in the cold. So I call up to this cvs to see why I was told a hr and why I got a text about my insurance card. I was sent to voicemail. About an hr later I got a text saying someone is listening to my voice mail I left for the pharmacy. Then about an hr after that I received a call from a man in the pharmacy who had a attitude the moment I picked up my phone to the point that I asked if he was a supervisor. He replied with a nasty attitude that he was the pharmacist. His attitude was so bad that I couldn't even stay on the phone with him and I just hung up. For me to come out in this weather and them act like that was so unprofessional. Without customer they wouldn't be there. I had to call and report this location. Hopefully no one else has this issue with them when trying to get their prescription.

I got 2 messages stating that my wengovy was ready for pickup 2-21-25, I get there and watched 3 team members look for my prescription for 30 minutes only to told that it could not be found! Ugh ... Remember I got 2 messages saying ready for pickup! Well what happened to it? Still waiting

Pharmacy staff was very kind and no wait time on getting my three prescriptions filled that had just been sent over from urgent care.

CVS has gotten a lot better a beautiful kind young lady her name is China she helped
me around the store and was very kind at the register she waited patiently to finish my big purchase. Thanks CVS for being kind .

The lack of professionalism and patience that takes place inside the pharmacy is ridiculous. The employees are rude and their attitude is horrible to customers. I am surprised CVS allows this kind of behavior from employees. The lady in the pharmacy couldn't even pick up my items and bag them because her nails where too long. I am going to shop around for a friendlier and more efficient option for prescriptions.

Poor customer service on Sundays. The cashier kept my wife waiting in the car while he had a personal conversation with a customer despite a long line.
