Some employees are nice but then some are kinda rude/judgey. Most of the time they are super slow. Would go somewhere else if I could.

Highest prices, worst service. Corporate is greedy; closed over 900 stores with no warning leaving many places without a pharmacy and loyal employees without a job.

Going to the bathroom is kinda of an ordeal. But I was pleasantly surprised to find the bathroom very clean.The aisles were crowded with racks of merchandise that needed to be stocked. Just sitting there with no workers in site. I had to catch a worker on her phone instead of actually workin by the way, to get them to open the bathroom.It was clean what a shock.

Went in to fill my Toddler's prescription after being in the ER for a long time . The Pharmacist was nice and helpful but manager was very unfriendly and heartless . My 8 year old daughter had to use the restroom really bad , it was an emergency, while we waited for the prescription . Manager refused to allow her to use the restroom . The bathroom was not out of service or under maintenance, it was closed . According to her the bathroom has to be locked after 9pm per upper management instructions and that there was nothing she could do for my daughter . We were in the pharmacy around 10pm , we were 30 min away from home since this is the closest 24 hour pharmacy . Everything else was closed and my daughter had an accident ..... ?.. Horrible experience

Worst worst worst! Totally incompetent! The staff are nasty and ridiculous. I dropped off a prescription the girl never even turned it in, I told her I would be waiting in the store and now I've almost waited 2 hours

My husband was on hold for 20 minutes for help with a prescription. Someone answered the call and then hung up on him. He called back and he is still on hold......going on 45 minutes. I think they have taken on toooo many pharmacy customers and cannot give the appropriate or just basic customer service. Where are the managers or pharmacists that should be running this pharmacy efficiently? Many of the customers at CVS are seniors and this treatment is unacceptable!!

I already DON'T care for CVS, but my job is forcing us to use them . Nothing is ever right. I took a medication in to be transferred from another pharmacy to CVS, the guy wrote all of my information down and told me it would be at least 24 hours. I've never had to wait to transfer any prescriptions that long. A couple of hours maybe but NOT 24 hours. This was on Wednesday , I actually waited until Friday since I received NO text message or phone call. I was told there was NO prescription there for me, and the lady says she saw nothing about anything to be transferred. So after she looks again, she puts me on hold to get a manager, I assume. I hear her rumbling through papers she's saying she doesn't see it but then finally found it. She tells me they would work on it that morning, so NOTHING had been done yet!!!!!! She tells me it should be ready this evening!!!! SMH, are you kidding me??? I called at 750 they said it was ready about 4pm. I called this morning just to make sure before I drive 20 minutes out of my way to get there, the phone rings over 30 minutes with no one ever answering!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! I will say the workers I spoke with were pleasant as are most of them.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. Never answer the phone and their workers have terrible attitudes. Very disorganized. New management please.

The CVS in Hammond on Calumet Ave. is the absolute worst. Got so bad over the last few months. Every time I drive up there are 6-8 cars in line. I've watched them inside and noticed it takes so long for them to find the prescriptions. Understaffed. Currently looking for a new pharmacy.

This is the worse pharmacy I have ever been to. Took them 14hrs to fill my prescription never seen anything like this in my life. Go to any CVS but this one.
