If I was the owner I'd be very concerned about the workers being able to do some simple mathLet's see if anyone can get this right because they couldn't if I'm born in 1999 and it 2021 how old should I be ( both cashiers couldn't get it right)

Bad service! i wanted to purchase a 12 pack of modelo & the cashier kennedy did not want to sell me a 12 pack so instead they open the box & sold me 1 by 1. Isnt thats what the 12 pack is for to sell them? Really disappointed & will no longer come back here i will let others know as well that items are sold 1 by 1 & not packs how everyone else sells them.
