“Overall they did a good job. My bumper looks clean and new. I did have to point out an error to them when I went there to pick up my car. They made the adjustment. Later that same day I noticed another error with my hood so I had to go back the next day for another adjustment. I would just say they probably should have second eyes on the work that goes out once completed. Would’ve gotten them 5 stars from me.”

“Their machine shop sorted my cylinder head out, resurfaced, and replaced the valves and seals after our vw timing chain tensioner failed, jumped time and bent all 8 intake valves. Dealer wanted to replace the engine at $9500 but since we have a place like this that still fixes things, saved $8500 and back up and running! Thank you!”

“Martinez Auto Body provided excellent customer service and were very kind and considerate. After having my vehicle nearly totaled by an underage, unlicensed, uninsured driver - I was without my vehicle from January to August. I had THE most horrible experience with my-then second rate insurance company (American Alliance) who could care less about my claim, much less answer the customer service line. From the very first phone encounter with Martinez Auto in July, I began to feel like things were turning in my favor. Arnie and Eddie were so professional, pleasant and kind - and I really appreciated that. They kept me informed every step of the way, making sure I was updated on the progress of my car. Well, just when I thought things couldn’t get much better than this, I got the call that my car was ready to be picked up. What a pleasant, pleasant surprise! “Needed a rim to be unbent did a great job just told me to tell the business that is putting them rim back on the tire to add seal. A couple days later the tire was flat, took it back thinking was the rim when it turned out to be the business just didn’t add any seal, so they did it and didn’t charge me a dime.”
“Body shop work was performed professionally and timely. I was always informed of the progress of the repair and any parts issues that occurred. Any delays that we experienced was generally due to disagreements between the shop and my insurance company over OEM and refurbished parts and I was even included in those conversations. Bottom line, repairs were excellent without question. We are very pleased.”
“I went and got an estimate. They were straight forward, no trying to make me feel dumb about what was happening. They called after i dropped it off and they looked at it and let me know what was going on. More work had to be done than originally estimated. They were in contacts with the ins for that. I didn't have to make even one phone call. They were so nice to me when I went to pick it up. I was 15 min later than their close time and they didn't have an attitude about it. Needless to say even if I had to come out of pocket, I would still bring my vehicles here.”

“Sorry for the late review on these guys, but I've been coming here for several years now. Since 2002. I used to buy parts for my Taurus until it was time to send in the Taurus. (302k miles). That was a sad moment... Then it was the Avenger. No parts bought just drove the car in for sale. Sold 3 vehicles, and I have bought almost a hundred parts. They don't always have everything, but they haven't done me dirty yet. So I still come.”
“They put my brothers tires on his car for Goodyear assurance tires 80,000 niles on a 16 in. Rim average about $760 with road hazard. Those tire are hybrid touring and performance. ??”
“I love this location.They are always helpful.I went in for tires and had problems with my battery and they identified and fixed the problem.They called while I was shopping to let me know my battery was bad and did I want to purchase a new one.As well as I ordered the wrong size tires and they helped me buy the correct ones and return the other ones.The prices wasn't too steep and everything was done the same day.”
