I would not trust these people with my my blood test ever again, this is the second time that they did not send the results to the doctor. Utter incompetence the results could be life or death, and they don't send the results to the doctor ? I took the test in March and find out in June they were not sent over, very upset at the lack of care.

This is the worst laboratory I ever seen in my 72 years. No responds on my emails. Not sending me the results. What they are doing? I won't reccomend this laboratory to no one. Period.

People be careful about this laboratory they billed me for service they provide to me twice. ($ 56.00) which they not suppose to charge me, I have a HUMANA full converge. Luckily I called HUMANA they told me I don't have to pay anything to them. I already send check of $56.00 and I receive same amount bill again.Today I called this lab they said we made mistake but two times sanding me bill of same amount bill.Fishy Isn't it."Be Careful"

Ridge and Cline. Suppose to open at 8, but didn't open until 8:08. Third in line and they made us wait not taking patients until 8:30. Finally got in at 8:40. ?

They need to put them self in my place when waiting for your results for cancer and sit on the results when you need to start treatment for cancer if you're boipsy is cancer

Came at 8 am to lab on Ridge Rd and Cline Ave. Sign said hours changed to 9am. Drove home and back again at 9. 6 people ahead of me only 1 girl on staff. Told to wait in car. Waited over 1 hour.

Oh my gosh..... I am waiting on Confirmation from the presidents office that they received a complaint from me. No response, no help, - worrying they don’t seem responsive to the needs of patients and mistakes they make.

This company is absolutely terrible I have now had two awful experiences with them. Today my husband took our 10 month old son there to get routine blood work they waited 1.5 hours to get blood drawn when they finally got called back my husband got to the door and they said oh it’s for him (meaning my 10 mo son) they said oh your going to have to wait we need a bed... if you need lab work done do not go here go to mid America labs they are always friendly fast and clean!
