Nice , friendly , easy to get to. Every single employee is knowledgeable and friendly and super helpful. For a DIY person this is your store - not only will you be well supplied but if you have a question as most DIY folks arent 100% knowledgeable they will help.
I can also walk in and out without knowing the store bc the employees will offer to point it out before you have to ask. Customer service at its finest

Very helpful and knowledgeable workers. Convenient hardware store with a UPS drop-off. I was confused by the reviews, but this little store has everything you need. This is just a UPS drop-off. If you already have a boxed and labeled package, they do not take QR codes or print out or package anything for you, which is totally fine because I only need a drop-off. I do all my own packing. ? ?️

went to menards and home-depo looking for a spring for my storm door handle both places told me they dont have it ..went to this hardware store I get greeted as soon as i walk in the guy explains to me no they dont have the spring but then tells me how easy to buy one cut it to lenght even use a ball point pen spring ..so i went home cut the spring with my fine needlenose pliers it set pretty easy to dimples line it up it works better than new I was ready just to buy the new handle for 25.00 dollars plus tax the spring cost .99 cents thats why i go there ...
