I got a car from them & should've known they was shiesty. They was suppose to be ordering a bumper but ended up talking about they'll give me only $200 broke a** car lot. That tracker was cheaply added too

I purchased a 2015 Nissan Sentra through your dealership (Absolute Motors, Hammond, IN) last November that turned out to have transmission issues. When I inspected the vehicle before purchase I noticed the check engine light was on to which the associate who assisted me said that it could be because it was cold and the car hadn't moved in a while but it works just fine. I also noticed the right side back tire was flat to which the mechanic put air in it. Me being a young adult and former foster youth without any knowledge of cars or an older adult to accompany me I took the associate's word that the check engine light was on due to weather and that it was dormant for quite some time. I was told that the car was supposed to be inspected before driving it off the lot, the mechanic drove it into the garage as if he did, but apparently, it wasn't. I asked the mechanic before I drove off the lot if the tire had any holes in it to which he responded "no". I had to put air in the tire repeatedly days after purchase. Less than a week after purchase the car stopped accelerating and became unsafe to drive on the road. I reported the issue to the dealership to which they told me to keep driving it until I acquired 500 more miles before the warranty (Cars Protection Plus) would cover the cost to repair. I explained that it would be hard to do if the car won't allow me to accelerate. After going to the dealership and making multiple calls I was still given that same response until one day I went in accompanied by my caseworker and life coach. I assume because they were there with me I was met with better assistance. The mechanic called the warranty and told me to expect a call from them sometime soon. Once the warranty contacted me, I reported my claim. Afew days later they informed me that because issues were apparent before the purchase they denied my claim. After looking at multiple reviews it appears I am not the only customer this has happened to. Because I was given the run around for months I was unable to visit my mother in the hospital or for Christmas. I had to leave my job because I could afford transportation. I can't make trips to the grocery store without having to be on another person's time.

Trash they sold me a car that had so many problems the a trash warranty the did do anything but try to pay for trash parts then when I called them back they gave me the run around I warn you do not buy from here you WILL regret it

Purchased my first car here at this lot in nov 2, I was told I had a “new transmission” which was a lie, beginning of the new year, had to get a whole new trans, my axle was cracked, currently have 2100 of work that needs to be done, I would not recommend buying a car from here, warranties doesn’t cover anything. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Sold me a car that had many issues ( 2014 ) sold me a warranty said everything was covered and clearly was not would not recommend this shop or their other one paid over asking price still making payments and can not afford repairs. Definitely will tell my network to stay away from these con artists

Sold me a car with a broken air conditioner compressor $800 to be fixed also charges many hidden fees for a extra buck and false advertises a online price. End up paying $20000 for a $7500 car.

The people will try to sell you a high mileage car with issues that you will notice sooner than later and for an unreasonable price considering the year of the car. I wouldn't buy a bike from them.
