“I'm always treated kindly and with respect when dropping off my packages. I wish they had longer hours on Saturdays, but the service is consistently good. Sometimes they engage in small talk which is nice if you're looking to make a connection with postal staff.”
“Michelle is awesome. That's the only reason for the five star review.The new clerk needs to be a little better trained. The new clerk needs to STOP sending packages and other mail back to the senders. There are times that we get mail that can't be delivered to a PO box number and we have no choice but to put our house address on there. It's almost like a punishment to those who have to have a PO box number. There's enough people that live in town to set up delivery to the houses.”

“We had an appointment today to get our passports. We were early so we sat and listened as Stacy at the desk worked through the line. The last older lady gave her a card to send without an address. Stacy questioned her and it was out of State. She looked up the address and the lady wrote it down. I think this was normal transaction. The older lady thanked her and walked out. I was shocked with this kind of service. Stacy talked us through the passport process because we’ve never had one before. You have a Jem in that one!”
