Let me start by saying my husband was stranded in Indiana in the middle of the night and we called so many people. We were able to get Josh and he came right away. He was great at communicating the issues and very timely with the repair of a water pump and also very accommodating. One of the best mechanics I have encountered in a while. My husband had a semi truck by the way.
