Best meats ever! We have tried their lamb, whole chicken, steaks and Italian sausage. I’m sure there’s more but my husband does the buying. Everything is amazing and so fresh. Honestly best Italian sausage I’ve ever had!

A true butcher! You’re buying from a person (Rickie!!) who knows exactly where the meat comes from (Shlagle) and cuts it up himself. You can get ANY type of cut you want. A small business that cares about their customers. Rickie will talk/explain meat for as long as you want. A place you feel good supporting.

Purchased a “dry aged” ribeye from this location. Steak was not very good at all.Not one hint of the dry aged taste, steak was very tough.

One star because the Italian sausage we bought for our lasagna last night was absolutely the worst tasting Italian sausage we ever had. There was a flavor / spice which completely over powered the smell of the house, sausage and the entire lasagna. Also one star because there is no way to ask the owner what was in there. So instead of being able to contact you , you get a lousy public review. We've never had Italian sausage taste like that even in Rome Italy. The meats in the case looked good but very pricey.

Just had the most delicious Italian sausage I’ve ever experienced. Made the most authentic and amazing lasagna I’ve ever had. My entire house smelled like an old school Italian kitchen. Absolutely delicious. The kindest and most helpful staff around.

This place has such a diverse selection of homade products covering a multitude of ethnicities. From Chorizo, Ćevapi & German sausages to whole chickens, ground meats of all varieties, steaks, roasts and more. The customer service was amazing too (Ricky rocks!). Add to that, all the meats are locally sourced from our area and you can't lose! Shop local and with great value!

Our first visit to Griffith and it couldn’t have been better.Owner was fantastic to talk to about his trade and very generous! Haven’t had the opportunity to try everything we got, but will definitely stop in next time we make it to Griffith.The variety of meats was fantastic!
