BEST meat ever.. flavorful, lean, and cut to the shopper's choice. Yes, it's a little more expensive than the grocery store but well worth it. You won't be disappointed.

Best meats ever! We have tried their lamb, whole chicken, steaks and Italian sausage. I’m sure there’s more but my husband does the buying. Everything is amazing and so fresh. Honestly best Italian sausage I’ve ever had!

A true butcher! You’re buying from a person (Rickie!!) who knows exactly where the meat comes from (Shlagle) and cuts it up himself. You can get ANY type of cut you want. A small business that cares about their customers. Rickie will talk/explain meat for as long as you want. A place you feel good supporting.
