I purchased a 2019 Buick Encore nice vehicle but honestly I wish I never got my car from here. This has been stressful as hell with my car and it only been two months in and things started going left with my vehicle. I went to one of their mechanics to get engine light off (FYI: good engine & trans). The engine light kept popping back on so altogether I went back to the mechanic four times. The fifth time I was fed up because I was starting to think he didn’t know what he was doing so I called and he clearly sent me off stating he’s on vacation and he been in a car accident so he wouldn’t know when he’ll return back to the shop A WHOLE LIE. anyway, so I left it alone. I didn’t go back but engine light still on found out It was a sensor that needed to be replaced FROM Meineke. moving forward, I was starting to get different issues with my car. For example: when I’m on a stand still at a red light or if I stopped with the car running, It will start shaking then cuts off out the blue. I had to purchase warranty for my car just in case of a break down and thank God I did because they are going to take care of the expenses, but the fact that I was getting bugged about the money being owed to them, but I’m coming out of money for what’s not covered to get my car right they will not get nothing from me until car is 100% fixed. This car put me through so much stress and still going through it with this car NOT FINISH?, I say don’t go here go elsewhere you’re better off going to Kennedy auto finance up the street like I should’ve did in the first place

Don’t do it‼️? I got approved before arriving. The day of appointment I left work early and ended up being at this place for 3 hours just for them to say their system wasn’t working and I had to come back. Before this, I was able to test drive a car. Just one. As I was getting in I was told that the brakes are BAD! Why would you let me drive a car with bad brakes? & then told me if I wanted that car I couldn’t get it right then because the mechanic was gone for the day and the brakes were that bad! So I asked for another option. They said I would have to come back. So after all that time wasted I didn’t have a choice. They said they’ll call the next day. Nobody called. A couple days later I got a call saying they had a different truck & to come in. They sent pictures and it was a better looking truck. Told me I can come in for it. So I left work early once again. Before I left I asked was there anything wrong with it besides the tires being worn out before I get there and was told nope that’s it come on. I left work and once I’m in route he told me oh the radio doesn’t work!! A waste of time and money! Don’t do it!! Too many red flags and cars are not A1. I went to Kennedy finance auto in Hammond and they Took EXTRA CARE of me! Cars are ?? to be used! I got a 2019 Chevy Malibu

Update they sold me this car soon as I get like 30 mins away you can hear the brakes and rotors loud then come to find out this car was broken into already had no key so I couldn’t even lock the doors come back today about all these problem now he wants to talk to you all crazy talking about and now he trying to say it they are so dirt I would never send my dog here
