Ii never gained access and they sent me an email stating that the storage was all cleaned out successfully and my response is Excuse me ?? It should be empty because I was never able put anything in it even though I paid for storage with Claude on Friday April 19 2024 of last week and when I got ready to use it on Saturday, the access number your company gave me kept saying access denied , I was NEVER allowed access to store anything at all, so that is why I asked to cancel because I paid you and I received an access code… yet When I put the access number in multiple times, and it denied access, it made me feel very uncomfortable, I felt like if I can’t get in the storage now will I be able to get in later?!? This very disappointing and I am still waiting for my refund! I am not happy about this! They told me I have to wait 5 days to get a refund! So disappointing!! I'm still waiting for my refund location in griffith in

I love the fact that it was 24/7 access! I had no problems whatsoever besides the weather! And they were really understanding! Buying an auction unit, I only have a few days! When I couldn't get in, they gave me more time! Nice and friendly staff as well! Will try and get more from there! Lol! Thank u!

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Not only is there no one local to personally follow up with to resolve issues. You’re forced to email and wait sometimes days for replies or call a call center that is out of the country and limited in authority to resolve issues.Their billing practices in our opinion is unethical. Despite having multiple units, they bill separately in order to charge individual “paper invoice fee(s)” monthly, individual “late” fee(s), etc. Despite units being obtained at different times, the company withheld access to all 3 units despite payment being made on 2 of the units. As the units only fell behind in payment after the passing of the original leasee. Essentially Red Dot Storage acquired the property without obtaining new lease agreements to tenants, and have been enforcing whatever rules to bring in the most revenue. I would RUN from this establishment at all cost. SCAMMERS

So far so good, just moved in a couple days ago. Customer service was very professionalduring the initial reservation and during actual move in. Space was easy to access very clean. Will leave another review 30-60 days.

The storage unit was clean and it helps out a lot the fact that your open 24 hours and I'm on call. It's so much easier having my things and equipment in one of you units. Keep up the good work

There were too many glitches using the online process. The truck was reserved for Sat. 8pm. It now Sun and I don't have a truck. Can't get one til Mon when an office is open.

I’ve had my storage space 4-5 yrs. I haven’t had any issues. I just recently needed to get a bigger unit, the transfer from the smaller unit to the bigger unit went smoothly. The only thing is when I first moved in there was a dolly that was kept in the building. I noticed it disappeared over the years. It would have been a big help with the move. The new building doesn’t have one either.
