DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I 4 flats tires. he took and towed my car to tire shop.When he got there he took it off tow truck DRIVING MY CAR WITHOUT MY PERMISSION while it has 4 flat tires. Doing that he broke my censors and something else on my tires. I been calling blowing up his phone and he hung up on me. I even sent the video of his reckless driving and messing up my car, he will not fix. Pressing charges. Can't post video but DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Wow, let me start by saying Louis, the owner is the rudest guy Ive ever encountered. I had a bad experience with that guy; just because I asked him how long he would take to tow my vehicle, and he told me an hour, mind u that I spoke to him 40 mins later and also told me it would be an hour. He got smart and laughed like it was a joke.He also sounded like he just woke up.
If I could, I would give him zero stars.He is very unprofessional and doesn’t know how to run a business. That is why he has a low rating, and all the negative reviews on here are correct. I rather push my car next time. “ Have a nice a day”

Had my car towed and the driver stole $120 out of my daughters little purse. Great service!!! They left her with 30 cents ?Update: my mother was with the vehicle inside her home!! AND I picked up the purse from the vehicle the next day before anyone else besides this tow company had been in the vehicle! I am 100% sure the driver of the tow truck stole this money!! BEWARE of this tow company!!AND it appears I am not the only 1 who has had an issue with theft dealing with this company!

I requested a tow with my insurance company. They towed my car and left me on the side of the road in the middle of the night. The co-driver was on a power trip. Question to anyone....would you leave a women in an unfamiliar neighborhood to figure it out on her own? I will be reporting this to BBB. I hope they go out of business!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Some black businesses you genuinely can’t support and this one of them. They are unprofessional and fluctuate prices as they see fit. Won’t even genuinely work hard to fix your car , all I had was an alternator issue and the OWNER of the shop tells me “just get rid of it” without doing any actual work. Went to another shop and they finished the job in less than a week with no problems.

This company Towed my vehicle from one location to another, upon arriving at the final location, cash, tools, and other personal property had been taking out my vehicle additionally they had the nerve to scratch off new Lottery tickets that were in the console. After contacting them/ the supposed owner it was treated very non chalanty.... with extremely rude service...

They tried to tow my 2016 Lexus by mistake And damage my car and the owner refused to pay me stay away from them when they tow your car they’re going to try to break the door to get into ur car using a hammer and piece of wood I have approve videos photo and text messages from u regarding the situation u want to deny it I can post the photo and text message have ur cell on it u big liar
