My 5 stars is based on my visit with Diamond at the Griffith Hair Cuttery. Diamond is very personable. She’s friendly, courteous, engages in conversation and respectful. Diamond made my hair appointment very relaxing as it should be. Most importantly I love my cut!!

Been here before so many times but This time I felt it was rushed I still have Hair dye on my forehead My eyebrows Can clearly still be touched up Even after the waxing. My eyebrow waxing felt very rushed and I just think if I am paying for the service do it correctly I even gave the technician a chance to look over my eyebrows after I asked her that doesn't one of them look as if it can be touched up some more. She simply said "no"

This place is trash. They ruined my hair. All the 5 star reviews are definitely AI. I had a mid taper and asked for a couple centimeters of so the hair could get out my eyes. Seems simple enough right? Nope. They made my hair so short and uneven and my hair started to grow in a unhealthy way. I really hope this place goes out of business.

Customer service amazing . Hair cut . Horrible . I specifically said I didn’t want it short on the top and my taper went so damn high I have to wear a hat at work now . Thanks . Floors were covered and I mean covered in hair . I won’t be back here again . Quality 0/10 but they were real nice thats about the only plus . Now I have to wear a hat in 100 degree weather for the next two weeks ?

i come here ALOT, my haircut is no where near what I asked for :(
my barber did not even ask how many inches I wanted off or how I style/part my hair...
I came here only looking to get my hair razors and textured but left with only a cm of my hair left on my head. looks nothing like the photo as there is a huge difference that's visible.the hair inspiration had at least 5 inches and my hair was 6 inches now I'm left with like a cm☠️ never touch scissors again?

I got a full highlight by Maria, and GIRL!! She did an amazing job!! I’m obsessed with my hair and she was sooo sweet!! She made me feel so comfortable and our constant conversations made the time fly! Definitely recommend getting your hair done by her!! So sweet, funny and a great hair dresser!!

I tried this place on a whim. For a chain, I was shocked how well they washed and curled my hair. I have thick, fine, curly hair. I'll return if I'm in the area.
