I would recommend this place for anyone. Carolina is the piece of sunshine there. Her ability to move and clean up everything is incredible.

I’ve tried to be in contact with someone in regards to their preschool /daycare program.. I’ve called 6-7 times, left 2 voicemails, and the receptionist even sent the head of the daycare an email with my name and number so she could call me back.

Great network of facilities to use. Great programs for children, as well as great exercise programs for adults. Love the pool at the Crown Point location!

So far I’ve been very impressed. I’ve been to this location a few times. My first time was the initial sign up for membership and which I want to head and did the first year upfront for the family. I feel it is better to go to a place that caters to the whole. The lady I walked with was very nice and showed me all of the aspects of the location. I thought it was a bit small, but who are we kidding? This is a town, not a Siri. There’s a small gym area. But for what I personally need, it’s a great place. It isn’t as big as the Hammond or Southlake location, but unlike those location, everything works! I’ve had a great experience with the staff so far, and it seems to be clean enough. I haven’t visited the locker rooms or even the classes. But when I do, I’ll be sure to update. So far, I would recommend.

The summer daycare program is awesome, my daughter looks forward to the field trips twice a week, their always teaching the kids something new with each field trip.

My son currently is in the alpha pre k. He just recently transferred from a home based pre k. He has transitioned so well and can now count to 100. He loves school and the structure has been a godsend. Thanks to all the teachers for showing my son a positive school environment.

I have been pretty disappointed in the past and most recently. It's definitely sub par here. They have very little to offer so one would think they would compensate for that with quality programs and customer service but that is NOT the case. There is a huge disconnect between the front desk staff and the rest of the facilitators. They (front desk staff) can never asnswer your questions about -any- programs and THEY are the FACE of the YMCA. They transfer you - good luck getting a call back! I have signed my child up for futsol/soccer 4 yrs in a row and it isn't cheap - the staff acts like it is a HASSLE to do what they are paid for and I'm talking about those who run it and are in charge, those who do the introductory meetings! Not the coaches and teens who help coach. smh This year, I spoke with assistant director explaining ALL the ridiculous issues I had just signing my child up and then after apologies they STILL didn't have it together, the first 3 games were nothing but practice drills for kids who been doing this year after year. Then they canned the coach. Then, the next one was cancelled and then they played 2 games with the remaining 3 (2 were make-up game's) cancelled due to a water main break. All this Y has IS a gym (besides childcare rooms.) They are crediting us $10. It cost $75 for ALL the TROUBLE.
