I would never take my car here again. They had my car from sep5th to 28th. After being in an accident. They did a great job on the body but when I picked my car up it was making a noise towed it back to them oct 1. They told me it was the drive shift then said it wasn’t. Then they said it was the transmission. I then had to take it to the mechanic shop which found the issue within a hour. Which was the transfer case. Govert's has done out of this world great work for me in the past. I even know the phone number by heart. This current experience with my son's car has not been what I was used to or expected. The person answering the phone is dismissive and the shop manager is to busy to care. It is a shame that without Wayne and Judy there it is run to be such a disappointment.

We have had a couple different vehicles taken care of by Govert. Both were due to car accidents and our insurance sent us to Govert. We have had zero negative interactions with Govert. On the first one, insurance was the primary hold up since they seemingly took their time to inspect the vehicle. Once that was done, Govert was great in getting the SUV repaired and us back on the road in our own vehicle. It was a smooth process too, in arranging for a rental to pick us up and drop us off at Govert. The second one the repair took a bit longer due to the COVID impact of getting the necessary parts, but once they were received, Govert expedited getting the car fully repaired. Awhile later, this same vehicle was taken in to Govert due to being hit rear ended. Govert let us know right away that the frame appeared to be bent, so we should start looking for another vehicle as the insurance company would probably total it, which they did. Fortunately in all cases, the damage was done in a not our fault accidents. Govert has always treated us great as well as others we have referred to them.

They done seen me through three career changes, two major relationships and soon to be graduation! Point is I've been going here for a long time. Very sweet and understanding, they could have taken advantage of someone so unknowledgable like me but they chose to tell me they didnt want to take apart my car and charge me unnecessary things and would have offered me less on the charge if I took it somewhere else to figure out what was wrong! Great people, I would for sure reccomend. :)

Had my bumper replaced and painted due to damage. Govert replaced my bumper with a “new” one and it rusted out in a few years. My truck is a 2011 and not a spot of rust anywhere except on the bumper that they replaced and painted. I contacted them and they will only cover workmanship on the paint not the part that they replaced. I do not recommend using this business as they do not stand behind their products. Either they used a cheap inferior part or used an old one. Very bad business.Service: Body & Trim

Got into an accident on my way home from work and took my car to Govert for repairs. I also asked them to look at my driver's side window on a separate order since it was going to be there anyway. They said no problem. I finally get a call saying the car is ready after more than 2 1/2 weeks! The repair they actually did looks good , but I would expect it to considering the length of time they had it in the shop. They completely ignored even looking at the window. When I go to leave, the car is dead. One of their techs had to give me a jump so I could leave, and made a lame excuse about someone else leaving the flashers on. This place is a joke! Uncaring customer service and incompetent shop workers. This place is a joke! Avoid Govert like the plague!

I have dealt with Govert over the years, and so did my mother. I have found them to be nothing but fair and have done excellent work. I personally would not take my car anywhere else. The staff was very professional the last time I had them do work for me.Services: Body & Trim
