Always clean (even the restroom!), the staff is cordial/friendly/amazing. Has a good assortment of food/snacks/drinks. Their rewards program is great with gas prices.

Highly disappointed.. I came in to order my family a breakfast pizza at 930... I was told that the kitchen didn't open until 10 which was not a problem. I then went to the other family Express in Griffith to get me a fountain drink seeing as the entire beverage Bay was down I then come back to order the breakfast pizza and the computer switched over from closed to on.... As I approached the kiosk to place my order I was then told that the kitchen does not start cooking food until 11:00 a.m.

This is one of my favorite Family Express location in Lake County. I like the food and snack options they have and their espresso machine is always working well and stocked well.

I wish this FE had a car wash since it's the closest to my house. I stop here sometimes for gas, coffee, or a donut. Staff is nice.

This could be a nice gas station, that I wish I could go to and feel safe and comfortable. The staff is great, options are great. The downside is the old farty white men who sit their 24/7 all day, drinking coffee, scratching away their pension and bully all the customers as they walk in. Mind your own business you old farts. And go home! I just wanted a Slushie!

Sunday, 4/30/23 @ 2:10pm.Girl with long black hair and glasses did not greet me after taking a long time to come from the back. I talked openly and friendly. No response at all. An attitude and not friendly. I said if your not happy with ur job you may want to look elsewhere...she said I hear ya. U wouldn't believe the people I get in here. I replied, im meaning u made me uncomfortable.she was very sarcastic, held up a cup and cheers saying sarcastically you have a good one.

I visited here last month. Wow! Finally where they make the Cravens ( The Best Cookies and Cupcakes) l go to other Family Express ALWAYS GREAT SERVICE AND HELPFUL PEOPLE????
